Food was fresh. Tacos were hot. Ordered the chipotle cheese chalupa and box of soft shell tacos. Asked for a lot of hot sauce... packs to go with the soft shell pack and they gave us plenty of sauces which sometimes I have to ask for more because there area box of tacos and we usually use more than 5 or 6 packs of hot sauce lol I use 2 packs on one chalupa lol we like hot sauce lol???? I'm mainly frustrated with the fact that you have no ability to use the app with this location. It always gives you a generic... "Uh oh" error, but doesn't tell you what's wrong. So not only can you not order on the app (I love quesaritos and that's theonly way to get them), you can't redeem rewards here either, so I have rewards constantly expiring because I can't redeem themhere and don't go to other locations often. I went in to ask about it once and was just told by the manager that it doesn't workand I can't get my rewards, no other explanation or offer to just let me have my taco that i am trying to redeem for freeanyway. I'll happily change this rating when it's fixed, but that is my primary method of ordering and it is frustrating. Read more
This Taco Bell has the kindest staff of any of the fast food joints around here. These other reviewers seem to be out to get... these "young people" and calling them lazy. I come here predominantly at 11 PM because I work 2nd shift and they are always arepleasant and my food is always correct and hot, even after my drive home. I've been here 4 times since it has opened with othersI know going, never with a complaint. And the freeze flavor you want being out does not count as that is outside of the staffscontrol. I?ve been to many, many, many, many? a lot of Taco Bells all across the nation, but I would gladly put this location in the top... 5% for good customer service and store cleanliness. And seeing as it?s the closest location to my current place, I hope thequality doesn?t change at all! Read more
This is the second time I had ordered from Taco Bell Mount Joy, the first time they forgot my Cinnabon delights?. my husband... went today to pick up our order, he talked to the manager and apparently my husband it?s a lier? I actually submitted a inquiryonline that day?. The food is cold and doesn?t taste like it should?. I will definitely not visit that one ever again?. Happy to see a Taco Bell in the area but not happy with the young lady that took the order. If it wasn't for the pleasant other... young lady that gave me the order, this would be my first and last visit. Hope this is a wake up call for your managers. Read more
This one is newer to the area and has the all new ordering kiosks, which I find easy to use and they have like 4 of them. Plus I... do believe you can still order at the register. The facility was very clean and presentable when I was in there, that should beexpected but not always accomplished at places. Ordered my buffet of food and my classic Baja Blast with no issues or ordermixups. Food came out in a timely manner as well. As far as the food tasted it was all really good. Taco Bell joining forceswith Truff Hot sauce for the time being was super smart and super tasty. I do feel though for a dollar add on per item for itthere could have been more sauce. So you could actually enjoy that taste throughout the entire item it was on. First time alsotrying the fries and they were good. The only problem I had was they were saggy by the time I got to eat them and witheverything on top of them I can see why it happened. I just personally like my taters to be crispy. But no worries if you don?thave a crispy need then they would be delicious. Overall would recommend the spot to anyone and I?ll definitely be back. Onlyreason for the 4 instead of 5 star review was due to a taco that wasn?t wrapped properly in the bag and turned into a giant messwhen removed. Read more
