Visited today and was surprised at how things were handled. We ordered our food and drinks, paid, and sat down. After about 10... mins we recieved two of our three meals. 15 mins later we were still missing our third meal, then at 20 mins we still did nothave it and now 40 mins later I went and spoke with the supposed manager/owner. I was kind and direct asking her about the foodand saying we were disappointed as everyone else had eaten and we still had one person starving. She stated, "Next time ask forus to put the food out at the same time." She said it with arrogance and attitude. I advised her that normal resteraunts bringout the food at the same time. She stated, "No they don't and make sure to order things together." I felt like I was on the showKitchen Nightmares with how she acted. We did not ask for any reimbursement or anything and she definetly didn't offer tocorrect the situation. We will not come back. Ordered through Grubhub yesterday. The Good - Food arrived hot and order correct. My daughter LOVED her Tour of Italy. Bread and... garlic bread so good! My tortellini was cooked perfectly The Not-so-Good/Bad - The Alfredo sauce was inedible. Tasted off, likethey added too much flour or corn starch to thicken it? Ordered their special sub, chip and a Drink. Same as always except this time I received a meatball sub with no cheese and... not heated. And I ordered a Italian sub , heated. 3 times I said heated. I have always liked Todays Pizza, even when I moved out of Mount Joy, I still would drive out to Today?s Pizza. I use to give it... 5 stars but recently my family and I have not been happy with the food. My go to sandwich was always an Italian Sub. The one Igot this time I started eating and I didn?t care for it at all!!! The Roll was thick and hard, the only Italian meat on it was 1slice of regular ham that had an odd taste to it, only a couple of thin slices of salami and a couple of thin slice of provolonecheese. A few little pieces of tomatoes and a little lettuce and onion. I asked for oil and vinegar and oregano on it but therewasn?t any on my sub. I would?ve taken it back to Todays Pizza except I don?t live close anymore and with the gas prices the waythey are I wasn?t going to drive the whole way back. They also raised the prices and you now get poor quality. My husbanddoesn?t ever complain and loved Todays pizza, however him and my son didn?t like the subs either. I ordered the Slamaroni Pizza - It was delicious and had a healthy amount of toppings. The pizza was somewhat greasy, but I... believe that?s mostly due to the amount of cheeses used.
