I will never eat here again i don?t care if I?m starving.the food was cold went back in to get fresh fries.the lady who running... the drive-thru handles money and food.cross contamination for one.then she proceeded to tell me they warmer went out for theyfries.then give me more fries an while she was placing them back into my bag touching the top of my fries.no gloves at all theyneed better management and staff.but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I love this place, I been here so many times. But today im holding back a star because they told me to wait a bit, but i waited... so long for them that I had to leave. There were people behind that also left. I was forced to go find another place because Iwas in a rush for something. I hate to like write this because this place is a great place. This restaurant has new staff and they are great. We had a problem with the mobile app, talked to the staff at the restaurant... and they apologized and helped us immediately. Such a pleasant surprise these days?ACTUAL customer service. So very refreshing!If you haven?t been there in awhile because of poor past experiences, give this new team a chance. We went here last year after moving to Mt Juliet - seemed ok. Have had a few meals there since (3-4) and food ok but service... sucked. Today, 8/16, went there, staff rude at drive thru. They were unable to take our order correctly, sent me up to paymentwindow to see 'manager' to place order. Waited 20 min (start to finish) to get wrong meal with missing items. Got home to findthat some of the items we cannot eat were placed on both burgers, sandwiches were poorly made and looked like a semi drove overthem. Tried calling to get fix or refund or do-over...no luck. 3 people answered phone and all 3 said THEY were the manager.They said I was lying when I said I was charged for an item that was not in the bag. Took about 4 mins for my food. Which is okay if it was good and not old.Guess their not going to improve any more sad to say. My... fries was cold but the box was warm. My whopper jr had no ketchup or anything like that on it. There's no difference betweenthem and Mcds anymore. Read more
I haven?t gone inside a Burger King in a while . I had previous experiences throughout America and I would never leave a review.... But this location was nice . The employee Nikki was awesome she was helping customers and wiping tables. She was friendly andreally cared about the inside. Read more
Went through drive thru window to pick up some supper, impossible whopper, the best onion rings and a couple of kid's meals.... Service was fast, food was hot. Attendant was helpful, thank you! Read more
