Pretty good food. Chicken strips for the wife and kiddo were solid. Onion rings good. Waffle fries boring and just okay. The... ?spicy? chicken sandwich was not spicy and a little dry. Burger was flavorful. Took a little longer to get. Ordered and had topull up and wait. 8 or so minutes?. Read more
I'm really bummed to write this. I like culvers. I like supporting a restaurant that's not McDonald's. Their food is so good... when done right.. and that's the issue. At this location it is never done right. Every time I have gone, they manage to screw upmy order. I talked to the manager and he told me to be patient as they train new staff. That was months ago. I understandstaffing issues, but I don't have this problem to this degree anywhere else in town. It's a uniquely culvers issue. I havestarted checking my orders before I leave the store, but they still find ways to screw it up that can't be caught on a quickcheck. Cheese sauce that literally feels like it came out of the fridge. Raw onions instead of grilled onions. A single burgerinstead of a double. They have messed up my order all but one time. I?m originally from Wisconsin and have been eating at Culver?s since it started. We?ve all come to expect the highest quality of... service and ingredients every visit. Not a great experience. Drive thru staff not very friendly, slapped sticker on my mirror and mumbled to pull up. Waited 10... minutes watching cars behind me getting food and going. Omg. This food was so good and so fresh and the price was excellent. I received a good sized burger with ample fries. I?m so... pleased. Everything was piping fresh like I like it. I don?t live that close but I?m so willing to drive the 35 minutes to eathere again. Such a pleasant experience????????????????. Read more
Have you ever craved a burger, only to be disappointed when it doesn't meet your expectations? You won't have that problem at... Culver's! This was my first visit, and my meal was SO GOOD. I'll even go so far as to declare it better than What a Burger (yesI said it). My burger was juicy and full of flavor and the fries were perfectly crispy! I'll be back. I don't usually give bad reviews unless it's worth giving. Went to Culver's around 8pm Friday night and ordered through the... drive through, and they ask us to pull to the side and that was fine. The problem was they gave our order away twice and we hadto wait almost 40 minutes to get fast food. The guy bringing out the food was awesome but needs to actually confirm the numbersgive to customers before just handing off they bag to just anyone. So not only did we wait but two other customers probably gothome with the wrong order also. Don't see us going back unfortunately. Read more
