Went thru drive thru over 2 weeks ago and, low & behold, their milkshake machine was broken. Tried again today, machine still... broken and still no milkshakes?nor did the individual on the speaker know IF or WHEN it would be fixed. This is the ONLYrestaurant, including fast food, sit down, chain or family owned?that has consistently has this EXACT SAME issue constantly. Forpossibly the last 10 years. Obviously whoever keeps either? purchasing faulty machines that you can?t get repaired or failing toproperly train employees how to operate said machines without damaging them?is not the sharpest crayon in the box. Come on McDs,get it together! Read more

Just once it would be nice if McDonald's in general got orders correct. They get them wrong & when you say anything they get... upset with you! Read the screen & listen to the customer. Don't worry about that timer !. I know in this economy there's alot of stress however all you need to do is listen. That way there's less mistakes, less frustration & less customers gettingmad. Before you ask... Yes I've worked in the food industry, retail, management a little of almost every aspect of customerservice. Train correct the 1st time then better ratings, better employees & less turn over. Read more

Ran by at 8:30p tonight to get a milkshake ? & although the shake machine isn?t broken (THIS TIME!), since they are closing ?at... 9 or 10,? they ?shut the shake off at 4 or 5p since they are closing early (what in the world?!)!? Can?t make this up?and again, considering the frequency with which EVERY McDonald?s milkshake machine is broken (or shut down?!), I can?t figure out why theystill have milkshakes on the menu. Pathetic. Read more

Not so fast food. Spent over 20 minutes in the drive through waiting to place my order. Thought about going inside but I... would've been blocked in by the long line. I guess I should've went to the other location attached to the gas station... Theseare the days when I wish Chick-fil-A was opened on Sunday Morning.... Update... Had to pull out of line.... This used Teri be my go-to Mac Donald?s, i would stop every morning. I won?t be back. The quality of the employees, snotty... attitudes always on their cellphones, and apparently non-existent management, have made this location just one bad experienceafter another. Mac Donald?s has apparently outgrown the availability of decent employees. Read more

I came in for 2 ice cream cones for myself and my daughter. It took 20 mins. Additionally, there were employees that clocked out... for the shift, but hung out in the dining room speaking in profane language and gestures to each Other in front of the waitingcustomers and others in the dining room. I?ve worked in fast food when I was a teen and can understand the immaturity but Ifound my experience that day to be totally ununacceptable. Read more

Never been so stunned before and I work in food service. We pulled up to the speaker and the employee said they only had... nuggets, nothing else on the menu was available. We came here for my mother to possibly get a quick fish sandwich. She sighedand just said, "I guess just a 10 piece nugget then." The guy comes back and asks, "anything else?" And my mom only said, "ifyou don't have anything else, how can I get anything else?" Which, may have been a bit sarcastic but it didn't deserve the, "youknow what, have a nice day," that she received from the McDonald's employee. I work in a restaurant and have never deniedsomeone service because of a stressful day or sarcasm. I know employees are hard to find and nice people are even shorter insupply, but for "the happy place", this one ain't it. Couldn't say anything but "wow" ???? Read more

Went about 30 mins after opening just to be told they had no food made yet. If they open at 5 that would mean the food should be... ready to serve at 5. If the food can't be made by opening time, the opening time should not be 5 a.m. She said another 20minutes before anything was done, and all I wanted was 2 plain sausage biscuits. That would have been pushing nearly 6 a.m. Sowhy in the hell are they opening at 5, but not ready until 5:45 a.m.? Very angered. Read more
