I went there last week, and I ordered two to go sides ( rice and beans ) and they charged me more than $10. Which is fine , I... also left tip. So total I paid like $15 cash No chips or salsa. The food was ok, but be prepare to receive a very small portionlike baby side portion. FYI all Mexican restaurant provide chips and salsa. I think the service was poor, you can improve in thearea. Always provide chips and salsa. Read more

It was my friends birthday. My total was $18.66. The waitress was nice at first but then when it was time to pay I handed them... the cash, but they said ?only a 34 cent tip we?re trying to feed our families here.? I only had $19. And they saw me take outall the money I had left, they were looking in my wallet so they knew I had no cash left. The waitresses were verydisrespectful, I do not want to hear from this business again. Read more

We LOVE Memo?s! We?ve become regulars over the past several months and it is hands-down the best and most authentic Mexican... food around! And we are pretty picky about restaurants! The food is consistently top notch and the new menu has elevated iteven further. And I?ll add that I don?t understand the poor service comments from other reviewers. The service is GREAT! We?re there often enough to have been served by everyone on their staff. Katie and Andres are our favorites for sure?but we?venever had a poor service experience?and we?ve been there about 30 times. This is our absolute favorite Mexican spot in Mount Juliet, really in all of Nashville. As Texans, we're a little snobby about... Mexican food and this is hands down the best we've had in Tennessee! Memo and Katie are so great and so is their staff. Theyput a lot of work into crafting their seasonal and specialty menu items, and it definitely shows. Read more

reading the other low star reviews, i now understand. read reviews before trying out a new restaurant? first time eating a... mexican restaurant that charges $1.50 for a salsa refill & i just couldn?t believe they also charged $1.50 for a second round ofchips. The refills portions were so small and NOT worth the money spent. So my bad review is based off the company?s flawsitself. Had little to NO beverage options. Read more

Let?s start with the positives. The waitress was very nice and the food tasted good. That?s about where the good ended. I don?t... know if she was an owner or manager but she was the least accommodating person in the service industry I have ever met. Can?tpush tables together because they chose to buy 400# tables. We had a party of 7 and they only had 1 table that hold that manyand we didn?t particularly want to split up. It was a different story when we thought there was going to be 10 of us. Butparties of 6 or more can?t have separate checks if at one table. But if we were split between 2 tables we could have paidseparately. Just didn?t make sense to us and I?ve worked at multiple restaurants. The portion sizes were pretty small for theprices. Two ladies that were sitting next to each other got the same dish. One obviously had more meat on it than the other. Thewaitress took it back and got a little more added. But then the owner/manager came out and informed us (a little shortly) thatthe chef wanted us to know that different meats have different amounts of fat but both weighed the same. Fajita steak shouldhave most fat cut off. Why come out and tell us that in that way? Then on top of everything, we were asked 3-4 times to notleave a bad Google review. That was a huge red flag and so we checked out the reviews and see they aren?t great. Why ask apatron to not leave a bad review? You obviously know something isn?t right if you are making that request. I like supportinglocal but don?t believe I will be returning again. Read more

Great food. Friendly servers. There are vegetarian options and meat lovers options and lots of choices in between. The cook... creates a special dish each day and has some dishes on the menu which she created. Everything our group ordered was excellent. Read more
