This is a great Italian Restaurant and part of a very large chain. I know people who have worked here so I know the food is... prepared from scratch where possible. The variety is great with seasonal items on offer too, the wine selection is good. Everydish I have every eaten here tastes fantastic. The deserts are also amazing. Read more

Edited Review: 10/6/22 I wrote an email to corporate and they responded to me within 24 hours with an apology email. This was... followed by a phone call by the general manager. He was very apologetic, and he even treated us to dinner to give them anothershot. Tonight we decided to take him up on that offer. I am excited to tell you, our service was impeccable! Our food wasexactly as we ordered it. It was hot. It was fresh and we had the best time. Our servers name was Lauren and she was so kind,attentive and just overall had a sweet personality. Disappointed in TN. NC Olive Garden doesn't put those large green leaves in the chicken gnocchi soup, seems out of place and... doesn't add to flavor. Cheese ravioli was dried out, around the edges, had one big glob if cheese, melted into a plasticconsistency and the meat sauce was a complete waste. Olive Garden usually does better than this. Bench seat were still wet fromcleaning. Appreciate the cleaning, maybe dry them off before seating customers. Waitress was efficient and attentive butattitude appeared to be annoyed that we inserted ourselves into her day. Not a great experience all around. Maybe just the TNattitude, though didn't find that in other TN people. No great recommendation to visit this particular Olive Garden. Read more

We had the best waiter! He was super friendly and still professional - plus, very patient with us. The food was yummy, but as... always, we had to take a doggie bag ???? or thee after filling up on so much salad and bread sticks. Homey and beautiful insideand out as always. Always on point with service! Not very long of a wait for a four top on a Monday night. New menu choices were excellent. The... chicken marsala was tender and flavorful. Shrimp scampi portion was smaller than ideal but tender and very tasty. Shrimp appsand stuffed rigatoni were delicious, would be a great idea to make at home for the Superbowl. Read more
