I bought a large pizza from this Pizza Hut, via carry out. When I got there, to find the door was locked, with other customers... outside wondering why this was happening. Later, we learn that the manager quit and pretty much gave us all the middle finger.While keeping our money without giving us our paid for food that day. Terrible location! Ordered a pizza (on a Monday) at 5:30pm. 7:30?nothing! Tried calling the store for 30 minutes, no one... answered. Had to call the main line to cancel my order. Do yourself a favor and go to Papa John?s in Mount Juliet. Read more
I am never ordering at this location again. I ordered at 5:25 and my order is almost an hour late. It was supposed to be here by... 5:55 pm. It is 6:47 pm and I have not gotten my pizza. Called because apparently you can?t call in an order to get their special.. A manager removed all coupons in their system? We... tried online, but didn?t get the price mentioned.. We're out of town and ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel. It said it was delivered but we never received it. I attempted... to contact the store and kept getting transferred to the call center. We were given customer service phone number but all theycould do was do a ticket. No refund and no food. Read more

I had a moment of weakness and thought to give my local Pizza Hut another chance. BIG mistake. I called and ordered deep dish... only because they said they had it. Either they were just kidding or don?t know what it is. Either way, my $20+ pizza wasundercooked, doughy, and just plain awful. Save your money and get your pizza somewhere else. Read more
After the past weeks not knowing when the business would be open, I was losing hope that this location would be usable anymore.... But last week, I went in after seeing the open sign actually lit and was pleasantly surprised that management has changed.Damante(might be wrong spelling) was extremely professional and assured me things would be different from now on.
