I just left the sonic on N Mount Juliet Road it?s about 10:00 pm. the order taker took our order of course, I ordered a # 12 ... with EXTRA sauce my boyfriend ordered a # 2 and we got 2 churro packs and a 5 piece cinnamon snack. With that being said we paidfor our food and waited 15 minutes I was okay with that because I knew I got chicken which is cooked upon ordering. Then thescreen stated our carhop person Jade was coming out with our food we sat there another 10-12 minutes before I told my boyfriendto push the red button again because at this point I was getting irritated. Then they answered the speaker and told us it willbe right out as we waited another 5-6 minutes. Once food was to us I checked as normal and once I checked my chicken I noticedthere wasn?t EXTRA sauce as I requested {and paid for} Jade had to Go back in because she forgot my boyfriends shake once shereturned back to the car I asked her if she could go back and put extra sauce on my chicken as I requested Jade did not returnto the car there was an African-American girl with braids and colorful hair. She then Approached the car with such attitude thenshe stated to us that this is the amount that comes on the chicken me and my boyfriend stated we ask for extra and we also paidfor the extra she said oh yeah this is extra if you want any more extra you?ll have to pay for it I then told my boyfriend tograb the chicken and I will leave a review that I am a unsatisfied customer service and that late night crew at this sonic isalways horrible!!!!! I am a very unsatisfied and spent way over $20 this is NOT GOOD AT ALL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Read more

Terrible Experience I ordered online 2 hours in advance to be picked up at 5:45. MY wife arrives and they tell us they do not... have any onion rings. Not sure how you run out of onion rings!!! So they offer us tator tots. Our order was scheduled forpickup at 5:45 and my wife waited for 30 minutes on a freaking order of tator tots. Not to mention we had ordered large order ofonion rings and they gave us a medium order of tater tots. So we lost a $1 right there. Terrible workers and terriblemanagement. Read more

Been there 3 times, Once by myself and waited for service for 10 minutes while watching many cars come after me being helped and... served their food. Pushed button again waited 5 minutes still no help / service while seeing them help others. So went to astall which others have been helped, served, and left. waited 4-5 minutes and figured they were just refusing to serve me so ileft. About a year later my daughter heard from a fried how good their drinks / shakes are and wanted me to take her. Iexplained to her my experience and she tried to excuse it away as an "off day" etc. So I took her there thinking we would haveno problem this time since im trying to show her how i was treated. Guess what, same service....None. About a month later herfriend was talking about Sonic and my daughter told her my / her experience there. Of course she couldn't believe it. So I tookthe whole family and her for another test to show her how they treat me (maybe others). Again not served, but this time i didnot wait very long. Just long enough to see people which arrived after me be helped and served before I could even beacknowledged. So I tell everyone to not go there, anyone asks me to go there, I advise somewhere better. You can excuse awaythe actions of employees in many ways, none of them are right. Read more

Let me preface by saying that I am not a Karen, long wait times don?t upset me, and I am always extremely friendly to restaurant... staff ? especially at this time. But I came to this location at about 915 this morning and Was immediately greeted by a girl whosounded very annoyed to be talking to me. The tone she used was just horrible. And I asked if they had chocolate coffee and youwould have thought that I was speaking in a different language. I don?t want to be treated like an idiot for asking questionsabout the menu. The only reason I?m giving 2 stars is because there was a blonde girl outside cleaning the stalls that shot me avery sweet smile as I was pulling off. Read more
