This shop is inside Target. Service is adequate for a Starbucks. Sometimes feel like they are short staffed but wait is not too... long. Right now, they don't have any seating in their area. They don't mind if you stand which I usually do to finish mybreakfast sandwich. They are tight on sandwich inventory so don't be surprised if your favorite is out , depending on what timeyou get there. Read more
I just visited a Starbucks within a target in the Mt. Juliet TN location (Providence marketplace) and the customer service was... terrible. I tried to call to voice my complaint but was only able to chat with corporate. The two younger girls working atthis location on Thursday 12/23/21 (there were three, but one of them caused no issue) I ordered my drink (venti white chocolatemocha). I asked how many pumps of syrup would be in it and the cashier told me 6 so i asked for only 4, she asked if that wasall and i said yes. They made me an iced and i said i didnt want iced i wanted it hot. The girl that handed me the drink askedthe cashier if i asked for an iced and the cashier flat out lied. I did call her out on the lie because i was neverspecifically asked for hot or cold and i definitely never said iced. I dont care if the employees want to talk when i leave butthat never should have occured right in front of me!! That is terrible customer service and just flat out rude. I have been areliable customer of Starbucks for many years and have never had an issue nor been disrespected like that. These girls have nobusiness working in any customer service position and definitely not a Starbucks. They should bottom line be reprimanded fortheir behavior. Read more
I find that the coffee is always good but when my wife tried to order a decaf Coffee they told us that they don't do decaf. ... There are only a couple of staff members on duty and they are totally swamped at busy times. This Starbucks is in a Targetstore and as such I believe the staff are target employees as opposed to Starbucks employees. This place has been fullyrefurbished since my original review and it is now super clean, so I have moved this from a 3 star review to a 4 star. Samsungpay accepted. Read more
It is nice to take a coffee break, and the outside sitting is especially pleasant this time of year.
