Got home to eat, salad full of brown and totally wilted lettuce. Trashed more than I ate. That was their 3rd chance,-no more!!

We dined in here at Zaxby's. Rating in comparison to other fast food. Zaxby's is a great little location. The interior of the... restaurant was clearly defined as to which booths were open and which booths were closed. They also had a table dedicated forUber eats and other delivery folks. The food was certainly good and whoever helped us at checkout was great as well offeringinsight since it was our first time there. I love the multi-select soda machine inside as it lets you select a huge variety ofsoda that tastes great! Only feedback was that the sauces didn't come with fries and we had to purchase them separately.Napkins and ketchup were of request only as well. Won't ever return to this location. Would of asked to speak to a manager but I don't believe there was one nobody over 20 if... they are they didn't act like it. We waited at counter to order for at least 5 min before anyone acknowledge we were standingthere. Got order wrong and grilled chicken was burnt Food sat in window nobody bothered to tell us it was ready finally I had totell person working drive thru if they could hand it to me. You can only sit at a few tables still due to covid regulations. Ihad to go in bathroom get paper towels to wipe table off.
