They close at 10 pm, right? Well don?t order anything (especially from the app) after 9 pm because they seemingly shut down,... clean the food area, and will not even tell you they didn?t put your meal together when you pick it up. This was supposed to bea bowl with steak, rice, beans, salsa, and corn. Notice anything missing? Yeah. 60% of the order. I used to love Chipotle. Butthis location is terrible. Worst chipotle. The workers do not care, they stand around and talk while only 1 person works all while the whole place is a... mess. The food is made/cooked all wrong. The guac was completely brown and disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go to any otherchipotle. Read more

Worst experience ever !!! We ordered bowls and they gave me a 1/4 scoop of rice. Then we ordered drinks there was no coke,... lemonade, the fresh juice was empty with no utensils. I asked to replace the coke and was told they didn?t have any. Then Iasked about the lemonade and they said they didn?t have that either. The order in front of me ordered chips they told her theydidn?t have Any and the customer literally pointed out a full container of them. They just didn?t want to do anything. Then wesat to eat and found a bug in the bowl. Then come to find out they had bottles of coke in the fridge and was never offered them.I went up and purchased 2 bottles of coke and they charged me for someone else meal. Where should I start? The young lady taking and preparing orders was double masked, which made it difficult to make out what she... was saying! She huffed puffed at us because we couldn't make out what she was saying and kept asking her to repeat what shesaid. The meat dishes all looked dried out. As we made our way to the cashier, we could see a very dirty back counter. Wegrabbed our food and decided to dine in. The dinning room was messy! All of the tables had food on and under them, and also inthe seats! One of the high seating areas has a dried up spilled drink under it. The drink station was beyond messy. I asked oneof the workers if she could give me a rag to clean off the table. She didn't have a clue what I was talking about. A lady whoseemed to be a manager came out and asked her what I needed. She then instructed her to wipe off a table for me. One table? Theentire dining room needed to be cleaned. The trash cans were overflowing I guarantee I won't ever patronize this establishmentagain. This place is going downhill and FAST! When this location first opened, I was happy to see a chipotle close to my house but it?s... worth taking the drive down to the cinnaminson location. The main problem is the lack of motivation from the employees to makethe food, help customers, and to keep things tidy. The restaurant is always unkept i.e, food EVERYWHERE, dirty bathrooms, emptyjuice fountain, dirty soft drink fountain, food on the dining room floor and tables, food sneered on the assembly line. It?sdisgusting Another major problem is the Ordering Ahead through the app. Food is never done during the estimated pick up time.Employees have no sense of urgency to complete orders (Not as bad as the Moorestown Chipotle tho). When ordering I give myselfan additional 30 minutes on top of the suggested pick up time. If not, like many times before, I?d have to sit and wait at amessy unkept table. Absolutely terrible. Ordered 4 chicken bowls today 2 which were kids 3 came with no chicken and 1 came with PORK. Bowls hardly... filled - I have no idea how I missed it the man taking my order kept going back and fourth between orders before I knew it I waswith the Cashier. The store was unkempt. The fountain was messy and the juices were dried and crusted to the inside of the container-- all 4 of... them. The tables looked like they'd stick to your shirt sleeves. There were chairs everywhere, like an obstacle course. Theservice was poor. Mostly in that they seemed go be hostages. The woman taking the money was flat and made no effort to interact(related to the transaction) or explains things - I asked for a side of tortillas. You would have thought I asked for her to buymy meal for me. I know that whole world is having trouble keeping up with consumer demands, but be proactive. Have a wipe boardof what's missing. There was no white rice, no corn salsa, and the medium was salsa was out. (That might be a blessing becauseI think it had turned). The brown rice resembled porridge. The beans hadn't been stirred in ages. While I am grateful that Icould walk up and order, I should have just gone to Jersey Mike's like I planned. I just wasted 20 bucks. Read more
