I go to a lot of Dunkin Donuts. This one is excellent. Very quick, friendly service, and the food was great.
I decided to enter the store today instead of using the drive thru. The young man at the register greeted me as I walked in.... Asked me how my day was and I did the same. He responded with "Aces". What a great positive response. All the way to the end hewas fantastic. You rarely see customer service of this level anymore. Let alone in a person his age. Well done. Read more

Only the store is nice, not the customer service. I went inside to get coffee and snacks for my husband and I. I waited for... several minutes and no one acknowledged me. A few people walked by but didnt ask if I needed to order or if I had already beenhelped. I finally decided, after about 5 minutes, to just walk out. Management needs to train their employees how to interactwith customers properly. If anyone is walking into an establishment, they shouldn't have to flag down an employee. Its clearthat no one is paying attention to the front of the store. Would not recommend. Read more
This is a new Dunkin that just recently opened up and from day one to now...I've been getting my AM Java there every... morning. PERFECT!!! Lena and Selina and the rest of the staff are amazing!! They make me feel that the only person they serve tocoffee is me. Keep up the great work! You make my busy AM far better :) Read more
I drink coffee all day to keep myself going. Dunkin is my first cup of the day on a daily basis. This new dunkin is a life saver... in the morning because if I don't drink coffee within the first few moments of being awake...I won't stay awake for long. Read more
