They didn?t have forks. Food was nice.

I was coming in here pretty regularly. But for the last 5 or 6 months this location has really gone down hill. For starters the... employees are absurdly rude. Some won't acknowledge your presence. The ones that do, seem irritated about having to talk toyou. The most courteous person I've interacted with in months. Literally spit on the floor as they handed me my order. To makethings worse, the overall cleanliness has been declining at about the same rate as the customer service. And for the last coupleweeks it's now accompanied by a near overpowering odor. Which can be described as. Dirty bathroom mop bucket, mixed with bleach& floor cleaner. Read more

Friendly staff, clean storefront, clean dining area. The food is literally cooked fresh all day and rotated. We always get a... burrito, burrito bowl, and quesadilla. At least 2 or 3x a month. Cheaper and healthier than the other fast food alternatives. Read more

i got takeout from there recently. not only was the manager low key rude i come to find out when i got home there was a BUG... crawling inside the bag. it was HUGE. pretty sure it was a cockroach. glad i found it after i had it in my car and in my hands.absolutely disgusting i usually order from there and it?s never dirty. this time i guess they didn?t clean the back well enoughcuz a bug crawled in my bag and all over my food. never ordering from there again let?s just say. i also ordered chips and theynever put it in my bag. whatever my fault for not checking thoroughly. I love Panhcheros and go there a lot. I happened to be around Mt Laurel in rt 38. I came in with my emotional support dog and... the rude manager just yelled in front of everyone you can?t have the dog here . First of all I never had any issue with anyrestaurant when I bring the dog especially when I?m holding her in my arms which I usually do. Maybe they should put a sign nodogs allowed instead of yelling in front of everyone and embarrassing the customer. That manager need some more training Vicky Read more

The workers are terrible and acted like i was there at a bad time at 5:30 on a Tuesday night, they were ignoring me and I was... the only person in line. This is how my shrimp bowl came out and I also got a chicken burrito which was terrible. 3/19/22 @ 1:30pm This is the THIRD time I ordered a burrito WITHOUT beans and it somehow came with beans. Tried asking the man... behind the counter (Luis R) to please make sure there was no beans. Instead of answering me he dropped my food on the counterwith an attitude and walked away without saying a word to me. Read more

Stopped in for lunch with my son. We both got quesadillas, chicken for him and pork for me. Both pretty good. My favorite... thing is the queso and chips! We also got salsa, pico, guacamole and sour cream to go along with the chips. Our lunch was abit pricey but we did get a lot of items, as well as 2 sodas. Was very quiet, but a lot of people were picking up to go orders. They are practicing social distancing with the tables. Overall I like the food. Read more
