Michelle the supervisor Is lazy and ridiculous I asked her over and over about a certain product and she kept telling me that... nope they don't have it in stock I said could you please take a look through your system and see if you guys have it and she'stelling me nope nope I'm sure we don't have it.. Lo and behold I go to the next few aisle and I find the product that I'm askingher for ...you guys want to charge people full price for their products but ur employees don't wanna do their full job ..it'sridiculous!! Was NOT expecting it to be as good as it was! The chicken sandwich - the breading was a bit dry but the chicken was so so good!... Just add mayo or something and you'll be pleased. Western fries were basically lightly fried potatoes which we LOVED - not somemeasly crispy fries but some good old potatoes. Read more
I love royal farms. Im a big chicken eater. I have noticed that each establishment is different. Either the chicken is fresh and... delicious, old, or salty. This particular establishments chicken was fresh but it was a little salty. I would definitely returnagain to try. Hopefully it will be less salty. Read more
I think this location has made commendable improvements in hiring and the service has gotten way better. The chicken has become... a more consistently seasoned and fresher product. Post pandemic, almost all restaurant service industry has had a struggle withstaffing. I thank those who take the exposure risks, stay and provide courteous service. I ordered five spicy, chicken tenders, but there were only two left; so, my other three regular pieces of fried chicken were... super salty and tasted disgusting, regardless of the sauce I used on them. Also, in my experience, across multiple locations,Royal Farms tends to not staff their cash registers which is an issue because I use coupons and apparently those self check-outmachines can't accept them; so, it took me awhile to receive the help that I needed. Ordered food but was told they were out. We decided to get a refund. Had to wait for a manager. At the time the manager was... dealing with the cops. We waited for ten minutes. The cops were gone so I peeked around the corner. She was working on thecomputer. I said excuse me rather loudly to get her attention. Instead of how can I help you, she responded, "sup?"
