Check the expiration dates on items. Received expired items and told staff to check the box of items in front of me. They... confirmed the items were expired. I asked for a substitute and they said I'd have to pay more. No thank you. Just throw out thebox please and do not sell these to other customers. Go in today to get a salad and the girl scratches her hair right before pouring my dressing into the cup ....Nasty. The lady at... the register was nice enough to get me a new one but the girl never changes her gloves and was still serving, no hand washing,,,,nothing. Then the guy was wrapping sandwich wraps ,,,No gloves???? I don't want to eat hair or fingers. Are we stillexperiencing COVID-19? ???? What is going on Saladworks? Read more
Sad....this was NO WHERE NEAR a $29 salad!! I got a TON of extra and it was in a diner take out container. I probably could... have gotten a bigger AND fresher salad at a diner. The lettuce mix itself was not fresh as it was getting that faint smell ofbeing older. I mean it's still very edible, just not fresh. One tiny scoop of corn, one sliced egg, small amount of bacon. Theblue cheese dressing was just that....nothing special at all. I was SO excited to order from here & had a few extra bucks to getthe salad. Never again.... I'll just hit that diner up & get a HUGE fresh salad. Read more
