We we decided to come to Top Golf to celebrate 2 birthdays. I placed a reservation on June 30th to come today, July 3rd. It was... $25 for a place on the waitlist. I don’t know if it was really worth the price but my reservation was for 3:15pm and theycalled us to let us know our bay was ready at 3:45. We had never been before so it took a little bit for us to understand howeverything worked. It was really busy and no one came over so we stopped one of the greeters walking by. She explained to usthat once we picked our game there would be a timer and our waitress would come over to us. So we did. And no one came. 10minutes later we asked someone with a pink shirt on if she could let us know who our waitress was. She replied in a snarky tonethat our waitress was on another table. So we waited. 15 minutes later still no one. No greeting from anyone or water oranything. Meanwhile our timer is still going on the game. So we asked someone else if they could let us know who our waitresswas. FINALLY after 30 minutes of us sitting there (I took a pic of the timer) she came over with an attitude and introducedherself. We saw her walk past us a few times and not once did she let us know she was our waitress and would be with usshortly. Anyway, We asked for water for the table and we were ready to order our food and drinks. She told us she would get ourwater and walked away. Someone else brought our water to us after 5 minutes. She came back after 10 minutes to get our drinks.We watched her have a conversation with another employee for 15 minutes before she asked us for our food order. She gave off theimpression she did not want to be bothered. After she took our order she comes back and says she’s leaving for the day and ournew waitress would be “Nikki”. But she didn’t leave. She actually was still on other tables which confirmed what weassumed. But Nikki was pleasant and had a smile. Good food + drinks and atmosphere! Sometimes the service can be cut and dry but I respect the culture and usually (like today)... they’re nothing but accommodating and fun. There’s no shame in not knowing how to play and there are different games to setup if you’re already good at it and want a little more. Reservations are 100% the move but if you do a walk in they really trytheir best to make it work for you. The temperature is regulated, making it one of the coziest outdoor experiences available.The prices seem steep but even on the busy days it’s very affordable when you split it amongst a 4+ group. I have been here several times and it's always such a fun experience! Even if you have to wait for a golf section you can sit at... the table or the bar and the staff are very friendly. Their drinks are really good too and they have a variety of food optionson the menu Read more
I would recommend this place to anyone that's willing to have fun. Great place to go to for first date to family outings. Find... out when half price is. Save yourself a few dollars. Food was good also. Lay grab a bucket of your favorite. Read more
Took my nephew and my daughter plus her friend to top golf in February. Had an awesome time. Wait was ten minutes for a bay and... 20 minutes for our food once in the bay. Food was tasty if not a little pricey. The golfing at night was really fun and the baywas warm. Definitely going again. Read more
Great night out at Topgolf. Make sure you make a reservation exactly 7 days in advance. We waited 3 hours once for not making... reservations ahead of time. Servers were great, drinks were great and the food was ok too. You won’t be disappointed!! Theyalso have two pool tables. I never thought I’d like golf until I started coming here. Now I have a set of clubs and am learning how to play. I love that... you can come here as more of a driving range or just to have fun and play some of the games with friends. The food is alsoreally good (I definitely recommend the pretzel bites and wings) and there’s a decent beer selection with pitchers or bucketsavailable too. Read more
Always a great time. I asked for bbq boneless and got Buffalo Boneless. The atmosphere was perfect. The server was friendly,... drinks were good. The heat lamps were up too high, but we got used to it. Read more
