Rude manager, inept at quality control of the food. We didn't receive the correct order, the fries were barely warm and so... covered in salt it was disgusting. The attendant at the drive through window didn't know which Pepsi was diet from regularnothing was marked, no napkins no wet wipes and we went back to complain and the manager was short tempered and snippy her crewwas staring at us like they didn't know what to think or do. I don't know nor do I care about any excuses for the poor treatmentor quality of this crew and it's products but if I could rate it a zero I would I'm contacting someone in corporate toinvestigate Read more

Today i was dinning in and i saw this young man approach the counter respectful and calm trying to reason with them and then... somebody in a supervisor role just came in and started yelling at the man trying to take control of the situation and tellinghim what he said/did my wife and I go out to lunch every Monday and have never seen anything like it. In the past we have had bad experiences with several KFC in the area, In fact we drive the extra 8 miles to go to this one. We... go past one a mile from us. The chicken is of excellent quality and consistency good. The pot pie is full of meat. We willcontinue to drive the distance to get this chicken. Read more

Ordered online to make it quick an easy for dinner. Called at 5:16to confirm they received my order an get a window on when the... food would be ready. They said 25 mins i gave them 35 mins to fill order just to be sure I'd be in an out. Needless to say Ididn't get my order filled till 50 mins after I placed it an watched as a whole line of cars came an went. Why place onlinewhich is supposed to be fast if it's faster going through drive through? Edit** they sold me under cooked chicken their refundfor online policy is requesting it from their online team. Inside of their extra crispy chicken is undercooked and doughy ???? I've had this issue in the past with the skin on the chicken... sandwiches being doughy as well. My boyfriend placed an order online tonight and was told a 15 minute pick-up wait time on thewebsite, called the store right after placing his order to make sure they received it and to get an estimated wait time over thephone and was told 25 minutes because they had just sold out of their extra crispy chicken. He arrived to the store 30 minutesafter calling and his order still was not ready. They made him wait an additional 10 minutes in the lobby, and he could see theorder screen where other drive through orders were being cleared out before his, and he has pictures of his order on the screenbeing open for over 40 minutes. All for us to get undercooked chicken, and having to return the entire meal anyways. Oh and hecan't even get his money back for 2/3 business days because it was an online order.
