Hallelujah! Miracles still happen! I got EVERYTHING we ordered AND it was a complicated & customized order! Other McDonald's... employees need to go here for training! I wish I knew the name of the order taker and the name of the person working the pickupwindow. When I got to the speaker, after placing the order on the app, she repeated back every detail & upon advancing to thepickup window, the girl there did the same! Remarkable! I can't tell you how many times I've driven away only to find I had thewrong food or was missing items or the fries were cold. Not here! The lady at the window 1stcasjed us if we wanted a drinkcarrier, then handed me all the drinks (with straws) and then handed me a bag saying, this is your 1st bag; you have another onecoming! The drive thru service was fast and friendly. They made my custom order correctly and the hamburgers were hot and fresh.
This McDonald?s is a Joke, I get a chicken sandwich that comes with mayonnaise on it and I tell them to put it on the side and... they still charge me $.50 for it instead of giving me free mayonnaise packets? And I already paid for the mayonnaise on thesandwich so now you?re making me pay for it twice?
