Hallelujah! Miracles still happen! I got EVERYTHING we ordered AND it was a complicated & customized order! Other McDonald's... employees need to go here for training! I wish I knew the name of the order taker and the name of the person working the pickupwindow. When I got to the speaker, after placing the order on the app, she repeated back every detail & upon advancing to thepickup window, the girl there did the same! Remarkable! I can't tell you how many times I've driven away only to find I had thewrong food or was missing items or the fries were cold. Not here! The lady at the window 1stcasjed us if we wanted a drinkcarrier, then handed me all the drinks (with straws) and then handed me a bag saying, this is your 1st bag; you have another onecoming! The drive thru service was fast and friendly. They made my custom order correctly and the hamburgers were hot and fresh.
This McDonald?s is a Joke, I get a chicken sandwich that comes with mayonnaise on it and I tell them to put it on the side and... they still charge me $.50 for it instead of giving me free mayonnaise packets? And I already paid for the mayonnaise on thesandwich so now you?re making me pay for it twice? And the manager has sweat rolling all down her face they were no gloves she?swiping her sweaty face and then making fries. Today is July 20th 2022. The manager on duty at 3pm is a ruuuuuude human being. Her attitude is disgusting and disrespectful.... All we needed was the cheese we PAID FOR added to the sandwiches that didn?t have them. We were made to leave the drive throughand come in. All we wanted was for her to put the slices of cheese in a bag and we would?ve added the cheese ourselves. No bigdeal. As we stood in line inside, we could hear her loudly complaining saying the cashier had to refund and recharge us for thesandwiches. Whyyyyyyy? Went in for some ice cream. The worker said they didn?t have any. No worries there. I checked the app before coming in and the... app said ice cream was available. I let the worker know the app needed updated for product availability and he said ?good foryou? very rudely. I went in to make a customer complaint. No one came to the counter until about 5 minutes after I came in.When making the complaint to the manager I was immediately disregarded. She said ?we aren?t serving ice cream? I said ?I?maware, I?m not upset by that, I?m upset your drive through employee was disrespectful and rude?. She then walked away from meand ignored me, I told her ?I wasn?t done making my complaint? and she said ?I have a business to run?. I said ?I?m still tryingto make a complaint?. She said ?you?re just upset about ice cream?. I said ?again, no, I?m upset about your employee beingdisrespectful.? She then proceeded to get very close to me and then yelled saying I was threatening her. I asked if this was acorporate or franchise store. She said that was none of my business. I asked her for her boss?s number. She told me I didn?tneed that. I said again I just need your boss?s number. She said no. She then screamed to get out of her store. She then toldher employees to close the lobby and lock me in until the police came. At this point I really just want a number to call. I?mnot trying to deal with a police report. When she went to grab her phone, she walked over to a customer complaint poster that Ihadn?t seen when I walked in. She ripped the poster down and refused to let me call the number. At this point, she began to walkto the door to lock me in, I left the building and drove off. I will not be returning to an establishment operated under theseowners. Read more
Worst McDonald's around. Starts closing way before the time they should then cops an attitude when you go to order when it's not... even close to closing time. You'll never get what you pay for I paid for a large and medium fry we got home and found them bothhalf empty and frys cold (it was a five minute drive) it's a joke, asked for a burger with extra ketchup and get a burger with adime size amount, salad that I ordered didn't even come with cherry tomatoes but two sandwich slices of tomatoes that were sopale, paid for extra ranch and only got one.
