One of the worst McDonald's. Rude staff nasty food. If that's what you like come to this location.
Some times you get lucky and have fresh hot food. Think it depends on how busy they are.
The manager on shift said she was there for 10 years or so. Didn't catch her name but she has amazing customer service! I've... been in customer service since I started working (never wanted to do fast food granted I work at a Coney island right now) andthis lady made me want to work at McDonalds lol. she was treating her coworkers like people. She is what we need more of intoday's world. Also the food was put in and handed out there was not much of a wait time at all she almost best me to thetable(stopped to get drinks). Unbelievable! How are you all this incompetent? Ordered a chicken sandwich and get a damn quarter pounder instead. Get all the way home just... to be disappointed. Your job isn?t that hard. Do better Read more
Seems to be a well taken care of location. We have the best McDonalds I've ever seen in my part of town (Bristol Rd location)... but this one is definitely one of the better locations to choose from in our area. Staff always seems friendly and service isalways quick. They are in a nice area too so if safety is a top priority and you're from out of town, this is a good choice foryou. Read more
Consistently ignored!! I do door dashing as a side job. If I bring my bag identifying I am a door dasher into the restaurant... with me they will not even acknowledge me until the order is completely ready which I find very rude I have left several timesand canceled orders because I cannot see any orders sitting there ready and nobody acknowledges me to let me know how long theorders gonna take if it?s ready or not nothing like that. I was just in there today had four employees look at me but not onceacknowledged me I stood there for 5 to 7 minutes and then left without order in hand . Not only is that extremely rude it?s awaste of my time and I now will refuse to take any orders for that particular McDonald?s through DoorDash and most certainlywill never go there for my own personal wants. I?m so tired of this location, I?ve gave chance after chance. My order is always wrong And 80% of the time it?s cold. The sad... part is my order is always easy so why it?s ever messed up I?d beyond me. This location was either needs a new owner or newmanagement. Read more
