This is by far the worst experience I?ve had at a restaurant, the staff members were cussing and touching their faces and then... touching food without washing their hands. This place was absolutely filthy; I felt unsanitary after dining inside the restaurant. Not only were the tables nasty and the... floors wet and slippery, but there was not a glove in sight- from the servers to the cooks. The sanitation grade is only a 90.Do not waste your money. Read more
I ordered my food at 9:15. I am now (10:01) still waiting at the window for my food. I dont believe its the window ladys fault... because she looks as stressed as i am waiting for my food. I am very upset. I see six different boxes at the window and not oneof them is mine. What the heck! Still waiting. How should pass the time you ask. By thinking about my food i dont have. I feellike i should be given the white sauce secret formula in exchange for my wasted time. While im waiting i also see they haventbeen graded since 2021. Tables stay dirty until you request them to be cleaned, watched a server spill white sauce on the floor and leave it for... everyone to step in. 3 items were wrong. They allow you to use 1 of their 3 trash cans and it?s usually heaping full beforeanyone bothers removing it. IS there any management? Or only unmotivated individuals with terrible customer service?
