Today the manager purposely made my drink wrong . As she hands it to me I explained that it was wrong she quoted that she will... not make it again and would like me to leave. Just to say this I work 6 days a week I stop at Dunkin' donuts every singlemorning and spend $13 or more a day. when you spend that much on coffee you would at least like it made right. Dunkin's a staple item for me. Drink it literally every day. Each store has it's little traits... But in general I usually have... a good experience in this store. I would strongly suggest that Dunkin up their game in their app. The item selection is oftennot maintained and the customization leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to food, but even more critically when it comes todrinks. The stores do their best with the subpar instructions they get from the app and often have to hear it from customerswhen their customizations are misinterpreted. Really REALLY need to reinvest in the app development and give your storeemployees a fighting chance. Over all Dunkin is my go to coffee store. To the store employees keep up the good work! I personally don?t eat here or buy coffee but I pick up a friend that works here. She?s supposed to get off at 9:30 and I?ve... been in the parking lot for an hour. It?s now 10:40pm. Their time management and care for their workers seriously lacks. There?snothing but teenage girls that work there and give attitude if they mess up something that they were in charge of. This used to be mine and my wife?s breakfast spot each and every morning, however, in the last year the quality has gone down... significantly. Staff doesn?t pay attention to your order, they will be on their phone texting while taking your order throughthe drive through. The food is either over cooked to char or not cooked enough. The coffee is usually pretty consistent but canbe, at times, awful. The quality of their bakery items, ESPECIALLY their bagels have PLUMMETED. I used to get an everythingbagel from here but every time I get one now it tastes like burnt cardboard. I haven?t had a good bagel from this place in awhile. The total lack of care coming from the staff is blatant and there is no longer a customer experience anymore, it?sbasically a bunch of kids running a coffee joint. I USED to love coming to this Dunkin' about a year ago. I have been a faithful customer for a while now. I'm not sure what has... changed but the consistency seems to be getting worse. Everytime I come through here, I order an Iced Carmel Macchiato....simple, and very common drink in my opinion! Either the drink is way too strong to where I've even had to take it home and addmy own creamer to it or there's too much creamer in it and hardly any espresso. I've been there a couple of times in the pastcouple of weeks and this is what I've gotten. I've tried to refrain myself from leaving a review like this but not sure whatelse to do as I've already had a credit for a drink that wasn't made correctly. I probably could have said something at thewindow but why as an employee would you hand a drink out that was 3/4 of the way full?? You wouldn't be happy about that if itwere your drink. This isn't even on top of the fact that the past 3 times I've been in there we've ordered a Sauage, Egg andCheese Sourdough sandwich and it literally took them 3 tries of ordering it like that to get it right. Do better Dunkin' youliterally make breakfast sandwiches, drinks and bag up donuts.... it's not rocket science. I could easily make my coffee athome, I have the equipment to do so. Absolutely love this place but I have currently been waiting in line for approximately 18 minutes now and still haven?t ordered.... If management or ownership doesn?t see an issue with this, I urge the public to take their business else where. Update: after23 minutes I placed my order. ?????- 9/24/21 I returned to Dunkin this morning to grab a coffee before my workout. I was metwith a line that was 17 cars deep and backed up to the hotel that sits a half mile away. Management has officially closed theinterior of the restaurant ?due to increased covid cases? if this liberal ran establishment is so ?afraid of a rise in covidcases? why even remain open? Read more
Everytime I go to Dunkin I always try to try something new and it never disappoints. Tried the signature iced toasted white... chocolate latte. Flavor could have been a little stronger but overall not bad at all. Read more
