Toppings missing from cold pizzas. These clowns completely botched our order on a noticeably quiet Friday night. Skating on what... apparently once was, the evening shift of 10/28/22 decided to serve sub-standard pizzas missing ordered toppings that were coldupon the scheduled pick up time. Furthermore they completely ignored a food allergy request on a salad. A very simple request!This is ridiculous incompetence! Management is clearly absent! We?ve had great service from this branch in the past, soobviously standards have been disregarded. A repeating pattern in Mt. Orab. They turned into another nasty Little Caesar's, an overpriced Little Caesar's. They USE to be good! You know the good old days... where they actually put sauce on the pizza. Even their signature spaghetti is just an order of noodles now. Have the ownersbecome like Scrooge over coal for Cratchit? Acting like their going to go broke over sauce. Or could it be the simple case ofOwner and Management incompetence over their employees? Either giving up and not caring anymore or playing favouritism overproduction and customer satisfaction. Great wings, love them. Just found out the price of wings in the food market are cheaper now than before the pandemic, so why... are yours so expensive?? Hopefully this isn't a case of price gouging. Read more
When we walked in we asked if we could sit outside and they told us no even though there were other people sitting outside. No... big deal so we go to be seated and they sat us at a dirty table where I had to request napkins to clean it. (When I say dirty Imean chunks of food on the table) Fries were old and rondos were burnt on the bottom, my daughter said the alfredo didn't tastelike what she's had there before and didn't end up eating it. They explained they were short staffed which I totally get becauseeverywhere is right now but we are still paying customers and we're very willing to wait a little longer for fresh food orproper corrections to fix our food. I've never had this issue before at this location and typically don't complain but it wasone thing after another and we just did not enjoy this visit at all. Hopefully improvements can be made because we enjoy LaRosaspizza. Read more
We received excellent service today from the young lady who took our order I believe her name was Ashleigh. She took the order... perfect and had it to us 15 mins faster the quoted. My grandma was very pleased with the taste and very happy they got the fooddone so fast. Thank you for the excellent service today. Came back for the pizza and salad combo. I definitely wasn't disappointed! Excellent and delicious... A friend at work told me... I had to try the Rondos and I did. I was impressed for sure. Those are a appetizer but it's definitely a meal in itself. My newpizza joint for sure. I just moved up here from South Mississippi. So I'm just discovering this place. I'll be back. ?????stars. My pizza was bacon and red onions btw... Can't go wrong with bacon lol. Read more

We hadn't had a pizza from LaRosa's for a while and were very disappointed with the pizza when we got home with it! It used to... be edge to edge, this one wasn't. We had to search for the sausage we ordered in it. The traditional crust seemed thin. Maybe itwas just a bad night for them but will most likely skip them next time we want pizza. Plus, a large is more like a medium. Read more
