40 dollar order and they forgot the popcorn chicken in boneless bucket. Was told over the phone they had my name and number for... next time, the guy owned up and knew where he had made the mistake. Next time comes and the managers on floor said that itwasn't wrote down and they said it was policy not to believe the customer pretty much. I had to show them the order on themobile app, the proof of phone call and pretty much get angry and hold up the drive thru to get a DISCOUNTED boneless bucket. Wedid get a discount of 5 bucks and a few large gravy which was all we wanted... loyal customer lost after this mishap. Read more

After trying to order pickup online and it not working, I called to place my order to be told just to order when you come in... because we wont get it ready before then anyways. So I drove half an hour to the restaurant and tried to order an all white meatbucket to be told they couldn't give me all white meat because of the online orders. I didn't want to order a standard bucketand throw out half the food because no one in my family likes dark meat. I left and went to another restaurant instead. Will notgo back. Read more

Went inside to order 3 times in the last 8 months. Each attempt was between 530-630 & were told 20 min wait for chicken. I left... went to Mary Brown's. I won't bother to try a 4th time. Who the heck is running the place? Someone is falling down on the jobterribly!! Read more

Came through Sunday evening. Super long wait for our food at the drive through. We ordered 2 orders $90 total. The chicken was... brutal! 20 pieces of grease. Literally a big puddle on our table. Not good taste. And cooked weird? I worked at KFC as a kid.Seemed like the cook put zero effort in bay teeing the pieces. Just a all around disappointment! We will be heading back to MaryBrowns. Not here again. Do better. We work hard for our money. Read more
