Some people think "oh its just McDonald's, they are all the same." I dare you to say that after going to the Commonwealth avenue... or Paradise locations. Their food is always fresh, and their service is amazing. I want to thank you for many nights getting offlate after work tp discover there's nothing to eat in my house, and for not only being open, but caring enough to put on thosefresh fries amd burgers. Fast and friendly service. The manager was super nice to my 4 year old daughter. There was a group of retired men chatting and... laughing and they also took the time to talk to my daughter and I. Overall, it was a great experience and wonderful atmosphere???? Read more
Based on this visit only. I would not recommend. The server pass the tea out to me improperly, causing me to waste a while... medium boiling hot tea on my leg and groin. The manager at the time replaced tea and nothing else. I emailed head office and gotcoupons sent to me...I was burned and soaked in tea and had to be at work in 5 minutes. I managed to stay at work for only 2.5hrs of my 8hr shift as the pain increased from the burn. No compensation for that, just coupons....not fair in my opinion. Read more
What's going on here guys? Just went through the drive thru. Two large drinks means two LARGE drinks. I didn't order 2 LARGE... cups half filled with product. Apparently the employees don't know what that means or just don't care. They've sent drinks likethis through door dash and skip not to mention the food that looks and tastes like it was in a microwave for 3 days before youget it. Read more
