Choices are limited for restaurants in Mount Pearl but this is actually a decent restaurant. Good bar, friendly wait staff.

We went to the restaurant on a two for one wings Monday. After ordering, there was a bit of a wait before we finally got our... meals which were relatively tasty for the most part. Our server was friendly and courteous and there were no issues with theservice that we received. All in all it was a decent evening out with friends and family. Would give 3.5 stars if possible. Fries are not nice, dry spiced wings are too salty, forgot dressing for Strawberrry salad and club sandwiches were not great.... Picked up at bar side and staff was friendly but order was over 15 mins late from time supposed to be ready. Read more

Was here a week ago and did it ever change my perspective on this location. Most of the food was awful, so greasy it was really... bad. We ended up taking our spinach dip home so we could actually eat it without rubber like chips. We told our waitress and allshe said was ?oh? completely ignoring what we said. I had to ask for ice in my water twice until she went and got it. Itcompletely changed me & my family?s outlook on this location. We travels over an hour for horrible service and extremely greasyfood that definitely wasn?t drained when it came out. I was hesitant on changing my review but after all that i needed to. The Bigs Ultimate was a very clean restaurant with good service in St. John's. The food was very good.

Service was fantastic, food was delicious. Seated promptly, and drink orders were taken right away. The food was worth the... wait. It was 5 meals and nothing was out of place. Drinks were topped up without asking and with the right person getting whatthey wanted. Will be returning! Read more
