They have 5 people working behind counter,only one seem to working was older woman at cash. Guy on sandwiches seem to be... lost,think he was new. Point is the restaurant was filthy,no clean tables,napkins,coffee spilled all over the floor. Thoughthard of sitting down to eat.Is this what you pay employees to do hang out in drive-thru.Let me say I will not be returning,TimHortons used to be a place to have a lunch,Not anymore!!! in a 50 pack of timbits there was 3 flavours and all of the timbits tastest old and stale
left my phone in the bathroom, all tables were filthy and no one was cleaning (including the bathrooms) it was an unpleasant... experience, to then find out to employees have even poked a head in the door of the bathroom to look for belongings even aftermultiple phone calls to the store location Read more
Food quality is not consistent at this Tim's. I don't like to complain or return food items, have once but don't want to... continue. The one time I did complain the food was then made the complete opposite way(spite?) which was still not correct.Worth driving to a different location. Read more
This is my 2nd review for this location. Tables still dirty. Common issue with all stores. Priority given to drive through and... customers who take their orders out. Low priority for those who wish to eat or drink inside. The new mobile app where I can skipthe line is awesome and is what prevented this from being a 1 star review. Read more
this is my updated review! The service has improved quite alot and it seems like they really care about how they present there... meals to there customers! Finally wifi has been fixed! You always need wifi! Read more
