Way over priced. The mushroom and swiss burger had no sauce and 2 mushrooms. Fries were cold with no seasoning/salt. Real... letdown. But what are our fastfood options in Mt Pleasant? Fortunately I don't eat fastfood that often. Read more
This is our favorite Hardee's in the area. Preferred over Ottumwa in regards to friendliness, food quality, cleanliness, and... overall service. On this particular day, the woman at the window was so patient. I was at the drive thru trying to hear 3different people on my phone tell me what they wanted, asking for additional items and then switching them (you understand ifyou have children). This nice lady taking our order, laughed and joked with me while she patiently helped me along makingsuggestions and being honest about wait times for certain items. I cannot convey the appreciation I have for her qualitycustomer service. Also.....if you ask for ketchup, horsey sauce, etc...... YOU ACTUALLY get it! Nothing makes me more irate thanto be offered or ask and PAY for these items only to not received them! Thank you staff at Mt P Hardee's. We will continue todrive the 25 min to visit your establishment for you service and food! It's worth the drive and the price. Read more
WORST PLACE! they forgot my sandwich stood waiting for someone to the lobby door the manager and crew member saw me and just... ignored that was there proceeded to walk away crew memeber went the bathroom!!! OH EVEN CALLED THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!! RIDCULOUS!They charge me for a lg meal gave me sm fries instead of the curly fries forgot my sandwich. Read more
The "manager" was rude taking our order!! She kept interrupting me, she was very bossy to me. When we got our food i had ordered... the chicken sandwich and all i saw was the bun nothing was sticking out from under the bun. I took the top bun off and was verydisappointed it was so small! I just ate the small piece of chicken. I will not be eating at this Hardee's again with the veryrude management !! Read more
If you are on a time schedule, do not stop here to eat. We waited over 10 minutes just to order, then waited another 15 for our... food. I am not sure if they were prioritizing drive thru orders or what, but it was terribly slow. Daughter ordered the Frenchtoast dips, they were hard. Possibly old? Overcooked? The powdered sugar was clumpy and literally dumped on the strips. Overall,three stars since I was so hungry. Read more
