We usually go in here later in the afternoon or at night time. I guess it's just like any place else that you go to eat it... depends on the time of day and who's working. Afternoons and the evenings they have mostly high schoolers working. We have neverhad an order made right at this McDonald's ever! Come on McDonald's Mount pleasant get it together it would be nice to comethrough just one time and have my order made right and not be slapping all over the paper when you open them up! Read more
All trash cans were overflowing so that customers could only set their full trays on top of the bins. Two of the drinks in our... order were wrong and the fries were moderately warm. They were just coming off the lunch rush on a holiday weekend, so I'd cutthem some slack if it weren't for all of the other bad reviews. Read more
I love McDonald's so I keep coming back. But almost every time I come back they mess up something with the order. This... Mcdonalds gets my order wrong almost every time. Even if the order is simple. Usually the fry containers are only half filled.And lately they are forgetting the toppings for my burgers. I recently ordered a quarter pounder deluxe and they forgot mylettuce and tomato. Asked for sauce and they gave me none. They even sometimes mess up the fry sizes. So any one who orders fromthis particular mcdonalds, ALWAYS double check your order. Got to mcds at 8:10am pulled up ordered my food 6 sausage biscuits add cheese X3 lg drinks got to window paid 28$ I asked... cashier at how much was my sandwichs bc it sounds way to high she said oh no they charged you for 6 sausage egg n ch biscuits(super nice lady ) at first window..she had me to pull up to second window to let them know and give me correct refund when Igot to window the skinny shorter blonde haired lady was kinda rude gave me an annoyed look and handed me my drinks and said pullforward and closed the window in my face and I waived at the window to get her attention to get my 20+$ refund sense I wascharged that much of diff she said we'll get that pull fwrd ...so I sat there for a good 10+ min waiting for my food meanwhilemy drinks are now watering down ..sigh I didn't complain about it I was at this point just wanted to get my family fed breakfastand so forth so the lil gal brought me out a bag with my sandwichs out I said I'm waiting for a refund as well ..she said it'sin the bag so I looked it was there and correct however my sandwichs was still wrong I told them they have to be made correct asthere is an egg allergy...I told the gal and I was told I still have to go around to the window now I'm getting more annoyed bcthere's now a morning rush line forming ..so I go back around to the line pulled up told them they had me pull around to firstwindow thankfully the lady at the first window was extremely helpful she seemed to be the only one willing to properly help methe rest I dealt with was rude and telling me it's not there fault .. blonde skinny gal rolled her eyes shut window in my face..it wasn't even packed for once and I was still there just getting the correct food at 8:40 ps my pop was a waste it was allwatered down.. This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. When we were ordering the lady taking our order was very quiet and... I couldn't understand what she was saying. Second our food took a very long time to come out which they weren't very busy. Whenwe finally got our food they gave us 9 chicken nuggets instead of 10. Along with the food the crispy chicken bun was so hard youcouldn't even eat it. Overall this was just a very bad experience and I do not recommend going to this place at all. Read more
This place is a joke. Went inside to order. A man was ahead of us, stood for 10 minutes nobody took his order, he left. My... daughter and I stood another 10 minutes. Nobody taking orders. Finally a worker walked over and says , we were told not to takeany orders from the counter cause we are doing drive thru first. No sorry or anything. Why make someone stand there that longwithout saying something sooner. I guess drive thru is more important than anything. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Manager on duty was as mad as me because I was mad about the cheeseburgers my son ordered with Mac sauce.... ordered at 6:45 was asked to pull up , kid brings out 2 chicken sandwiches . wrong order. He apologized and asked for thereceipt because they accidentally bumped order off screen. Waited another 11 mins finally go in and employee says can youremake this order for the 4th time!" I get my order finally and they soaked the burger in mac sauce. The manager proceeds totell me she isn't the one who cooked them and to make my own food then asked how old I was complaining about 2 cheeseburgers. This place is a joke! This particular manager especially.all she told me was to call tomorrow and speak to a woman named Lauren.No money back and no remade food. Trash! Read more
If I could give zero stars for service, I would. It took 45 mins to get two cheeseburgers and large fries. The person infront of... us had been there over an hour. The workers lost the order for the people in front of us. This mcdonalds has never been quick tofulfill a simple order. Read more
