This is one of those places that started out as a 5 star place to go. Food was always fresh and tasty. Everything was clean and... service was friendly and timely. However, every year all those 5 star things have dropped a star every time I've come here. Foodwas ok but not what it use to be. Almost every table had dishes left on them. The waitress was scatterbrained while the otherwaitress sat and did nothing at all. They didn't even have half the menu items. Just like grandma?s. I was a little nervous when the first thing to greet me into the restaurant was an aggressive hand written... sign on the door about the rules of eating there, which deepened to concern when I walked in and it looked like someone wasliving in the dining room. There?s dusty clutter everywhere including racks of clothing. Still, I had been curious about thisplace for a while so put in my order when a waitress eventually got to me. My food came out on a dirty plate, greasy withfingerprints and a hair. I have a dog so I probably eat tons of it, I just swept the hair off and ate. The food was amazing.Everything was clearly home made, the biscuits especially were moist and buttery. The gravy was perfectly seasoned, and thesausage was generously portioned hand formed patties. Overall a strange experience. The cook was singing along with old countrymusic for most of my meal. I probably won?t go back but if you?re craving a walk home experience it fits the bill. Read more

Delicious breakfast. My son really enjoyed it. Girls even threw in extra bacon for my dog they noticed riding shot gun with me.... Needless to say the boy and the dog highly recommend Miss K's. Read more
