9/10/22 at 1747 central. Ate at Arby's this afternoon and was genuinely taken aback by the hostility of management towards other... associates at the restaurant. While it is certainly understood that the franchise strives to make our "experiences over the roadthe best it can be", that was not the experience I was treated to today. Read more
It's not a pilot that welcomes you in, actually pretty quiet when you go in. Headed to the bathroom and passes a dark haired... girl cleaning. A young blonde girl goes by and asks what are you doing, we don't clean here...... yikes, young and dumb buttrue announcement. Floors haven't been swept for a good while. Read more
Shower was great, got here at 4pm, closing down for night. Wasn't making any more items at PJ FRESH. I got a salad ask for... dressing point back to salad station couldn't fine it. It was two cashiers down. It would have taken him less then 30 seconds toget it for me. I had to walk all around the store to find it. Store is clean, has fresh cooked PFJ food that is better than the Arby's right next to it. Staff is very professional and... friendly which is always nice. Not bad parking lot for trucks, showers are clean with lots of hot water. Plus it's always niceto wake up to the Bean to cup fresh coffee! Read more
