We have been eating g at Bob evans for at least 25 years. Went in today around 4:30 for dinner. The service was the worst we... have ever had. I ordered a breakfast bowl. It came out on a plate.minus the toast. Wife ordered a salad. The lettuce was brown,dressing in two small bowls stopped all over the sides. Just looks of it made it unfit to eat. It was 4 of us this morning for breakfast. It took a long time to receive service but both manager and waitress were very... apologetic. The food was actually ok but I had to give 3 stars because my food had hair in it and I had only taken 2 bites.Again, the manager was apologetic and offered a new meal at no additional price; I declined. We tipped the waitress well becauseshe was sincerely apologetic. Read more
The Host seated my girlfriend and I about 1:20 pm Oct 20 with menus as we did not have a waitress come by within 10-12 minutes... after we were seated. We saw 3 waitresses help others at nearby tables and we were very visible where we were seated. We gotup and left, it wasn't really busy, their was plenty of staff with how many people were in the restaurant. Very delicious food you get alot with the breakfast I got the banana nut breakfast it came with the banana infused pancakes with... carmel and pecans and a slice of ham and 2 eggs and potatoes My husband got the two meat breakfeast it came with sausage bacon 2eggs hasbrowns and french toast Read more
Good food, fast service, but our server was a little rushy. We had just sat down without a chance to even open our menus and she... was asking for our drink order. We hadn't been to Bob evans in a while and couldn't remember the name of the drink i like toget. I asked for a caramel cappuccino but the server looked confused and asked if I meant a vanilla cappuccino after looking atthe menu I ordered the caramel mocha, which is what I was looking for, but also saw that they do have a caramel cappuccino onthe menu as well. So I'm confused on why she asked if we meant the vanilla when we clearly asked for caramel. Food was great andcame so quick so I can't really complain just a miscommunication that could've been avoided if things slowed down just a little. Read more
Had our Thanksgiving dinner here. It is a great tradition with a whole lot less stress. I love that Bob Evans does this for... people who have nowhere else to go for the holiday. The food was fabulous as well. Read more
