I love the wings here. I don't know how many times I came to this place for a chill beer and hot wings. But some times I get... pretty irresponsive waiter, who doesn't respect you and never care for you. Their way of receiving is itself is a major put offfor me. But some times the staff is really wonderful and smiling always which I really love. Sometimes they don't even smile.For all those who don't care about customers, please respect everyone equally if not as customers at least as humans. You don'thave to be rude to people whom you don't know. Just smile and see to know who the other person is by heart. I can understandthat sometimes work gets hectic and you get to the point that you don't want to be there at that moment, but trust me if yousmile to the other person he will have enough reason and boost to do the job. People not only love you but respect you for whatyou are doing but to know that you need to initiate with a smile. When I visit next time and see a smiling waiter waiting totake order, right at the moment I will give 5 start because I love the wings here. All the best staff...!! Read more
First time going there. Will be going back. The food was amazing! It was like a flavor trip to an exotic location south of the... border. Restaurant driveway ruined my front bumper and needs to get fixed. My wings were the size of small popcorn chicken. I ordered... wings, not popcorn chicken. The restaurant was destroyed, trash everywhere. Wings were not hot and they were soft. This BuffaloWild Wings failed. Read more

Great experience. I was in town on business and arrived on a Sunday, looking for a place to watch my beloved Browns. The staff... was unbelievably accommodating, not only to myself, but the other 3 or 4 people next to me that all wanted to watch their teams.Even put the audio on for the Browns game.
