The food was pretty good before I found out how many dietary restrictions I have to maintain, it would be nice if they still... sent us ads by mail. We haven't gotten any in years and I love their shakes since most of the cereal is corn based not wheat. Read more

Burgers are as expected, except they never can get the special request of condiments correct. I always order no ketchup, no... pickle and it's always comes out with both ketchup and pickle, almost just as if as if no one cares about the special requests.And they never give any napkins in drive thru. I went into this location on Friday afternoon. There was a line at the drive thru. When I walked into the store, the manager... said she would be right with me. I said no problem and waited. I watched her wait at the end of the counter as a drive thruorder was being made. She placed the last sandwich into the bag and turned around, walked 2 steps and handed the bag to theperson working the drive thru. She walked back to the table and started standing there waiting for sandwiches to be made.Placing them one at a time in the bag. After about 5 minutes I simply said I just needed 2 teas. She then walked over and saidthe dive thru is her priority. I said simply if you are two busy I will leave. She told me I was being rude. I told her wewere having a discussion and if anyone was rude it was her since she just told me I was not a priority. She then told me to getout. I started to leave and she yelled at me to never come to her store again. I told her I would let corporate know how shetreated me. If this is how they are trained at Burger King.... shame on BK. What a disgraceful site and manager. I will noteat at a BK again. I am sure they don't care since I am one person. I will be sure to let my friend know that live close tostay away from that store. Only reason for giving 3 stars is the guy that answered the phone there when i called to ask them about something was super... friendly and accommodating however lady at the drive thru was super rude . They didnt have anyone else there at all besides usand she has the nerve of right after she said order whenever your ready she was like can you just order already then continuedacting like we were little kids that didnt know anything or something. And was just super rude so we were finally like justcancel the order we will go elsewhere then we had called in to see about a certain food to and the guy that answered the phoneas i said was super accommodating and friendly and he was like sure we can do it even tho we dont typically do it very often butshe would have nothing of it and we purposely went there cause of that altho we would gladly have gotten other items instead ifshe wouldnt have acted like she did and when we cancelled the order she was just like i dont care that way we dont have to takecare of it and make it . What customer service is that even. Dont recommend at all. Read more

I don't think I've been this sick in my life. I ordered a double stacker Baker King meal medium I ordered a value nugget value... fry value Burger and a value Sprite with a Dr pepper being in the bacon King meal. Please employees wash your hands! It is notokay for me to be throwing up out of both ends on the phone with the store. This was definitely not worth $18.08. my insidesfeel like they're being wrung out like freshly laundered laundry. Again employees wash your hands! I will not be coming backhere. It's embarrassing they have to call and be in so much pain that all I ask for is for people to wash their hands you handlefood. Glad my kid didn't take any bites of the food or she would be in the same boat. If fifo is not being followed that is anissue as well when you have bacon sitting in a pan that's supposed to be labeled and maybe gets Miss labeled you could reallyhurt somebody. I don't know the root cause of the issue other than this is the last meal I ate it is been 4 to 6 hours afterI've eaten. I can't even pick up my kid to take myself to the Ed definitely know it's food related. Read more

It's Welcome Back Weekend and all Mt Pleasant residents now how busy that is. Some friends and I decided to go get some food... last night, and we ordered quite a bit. The employee on the headset (Devan) politely informed us they only had three employees,and yet with the business and stress of running an understaffed restaurant, our food was still prepared quickly, accurately, andhanded off to us in a friendly manner. Much different to my experience at another Burger King in town, I am impressed by theservice of the night crew on 9/27/21 and will be returning to this restaurant in the future. Definitely recommended fortravellers passing through Mount Pleasant on Mission ???? Read more
