Went to their iron chef event and it was awesome! The garden is beautiful. The foods were so unique and I left stuffed. Too full... for dessert even! The staff was so friendly and quick. Our entire table enjoyed everything and can't wait til next year! I wantto bring more friends because they were all jealous once I showed them pictures of the foods! The bartenders were hustling backthere, I was amazed watching them helping people and were super apologetic for their credit card system lagging but we didn'teven mind, no one around us did actually once they saw how hard they were working to get the line moving. Iron Chef event was dreadful. We had to wait in a 30 minute line just to get into event b/c they had bartenders ringing... everyone up AND had to make drinks at the same time. So very slow check in. Good night! Poor planning for sure. Why theydidn't have everyone prepay was beyond us (b/c tip was already included). Food was awful. The other people (strangers) at ourtable felt the same way. Cheap wine was served. This was held in a tent and bugs were everywhere. I breathed in a knat and myhusband was bit by a wasp. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, but I would never go to this restaurant again after thisterrible event. We were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary and spent $170 for two people...A total rip-off. We both knewwhen we were waiting in line that we should have just went to the Restaurant next door....boy did we regret not doing that! Andto top it off we left hungry:( Their snarky response says far more about them and how they treat their guest than I can. Iwasn't looking for a refund so the "consequences" of me writing an an honest review don't matter to me. Read more
Exquisite dining any time we are at Camille?s. Whether it is for Sunday brunch, dinner, or a wine event, we have never been... disappointed in the quality of their dishes nor staff. They recently catered our wedding and we are still receiving complimentsweeks later! They have a truly incredible team, management, and chef. Best in Mt.Pleasant. Read more
Wanted to give a massive shout out to Erika at Camille's Prime for going WAY above and beyond to make this the absolute best... Father?s Day dinner for our family this evening. Not only did she reach out on here a few days ago when I was asking for localrecommendations where to find crab, she actually had the restaurant call me after I set up my reservation to let me know thatCamille?s would technically be closed due to staffing but that we could still order off the menu. We EVEN ended up getting thewhole restaurant (mostly) to ourselves and she came in JUST to serve us (two facts I didn?t know until after we got there). Idon?t know about you, but I?ve never had such exceptional service. Definitely not for a random stranger on Facebook. The wholemeal was amazingly delicious and went so far beyond my best expectations. So any of you on the fence on whether to check theplace out, I definitely recommend, 20/10. My before dinner cocktail was a Lavendar Lady, pretty drink and scrumptious! The charcuterie board was excellent with different... meats and cheese. I was concerned when the filet came out charred but the inside was medium rare like I ordered and wasperfect. The wine we choose was perfect. Excellent service, just great experience. Finally got a chance to stop in, I have been to mountain town station before if you follow my reviews and excellent as well. ... Camilles was an upscale intimate improvement on that. Right as I'm seated in a lovely looking dining area each corner with itsown identity and feel I'm better to my server Marge!!!! She was also my server at mountain Town and was amazing everything shesuggested was a home run and today was more of the same. She's easily a top 5 server in the country from my experience. My goodwas excellent from the Brussels to the hibachi rice my steak was palates perfectly it looked burned but appearance can bedeceiving, extremely tender and flavorful, a perfect medium and the crust had no ash taste to it at all, Delicious. My onlyregret is they were out of the wagyu short rib but I will be back to see Marge and get my short rib you can count on that. Read more
We had brunch with family today at Camille's knowing we would be impressed. As expected, it was an Outstanding and delicious... brunch in a beautifully decorated atmosphere. Only the best ingredients must go into their menu items as we are alwaysimpressed by the savory flavors. You cannot go wrong with any selection. My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner. Erika was great! The Filet (blue/rare) and scallops were delicious. I would expect... better coffee at this level, but just nitpicking there. A great experience, we will be back! Read more
