Was not like the picture at all. It showed vegetables in the rice, there were none. Rice was like a brick. Tasted plain. I... brought my food back in to show them and they were rude and then they asked me not to return. Read more

Probably, the worst Asian food we have ever experienced. First of all the booth we sat in smelled of gasoline. Then all the food... had a strange chemical taste, as if a cleaning supply spray or mist floated into the food. After a few bites, we threw it all inthe trash. It was totally inedible. $25 dollars was wasted. We were totally shocked and it's still a memory that lingers as anunbelievable experience. But I must add, in all fairness, that on many previous visits, throughout the years, the food was notbad and the amounts were always huge, we always had alot to take home. With this extremely negative experience I highly doubtwe'll ever return to Dragon Express again. Read more

I've been going to Dragon Express for over 20 years (not exaggerating.) It has been my go to, most visited place since I got my... driver's license and could decide for myself where to eat. It was always fast, delicious, a great value, and a very friendly, family owned place. (5 stars for the old owners.) Then I noticed things starting to get moved around inside and found out newowners were on the way. "Keep an open mind, it'll be okay," I told myself, but sadly it's been a marked decline in allrespects. 1. The new owner has no business in the service industry. He constantly has an airpod in his ear while watching histablet that's on the counter. He makes no effort to communicate well with his customers mumbling badly his broken English whentaking orders then rudely yelling "ORDER READY" to no one in particular even when there's 10 people waiting for food. He takesmultiple orders at a time then messes them up half the time. And he never asks if you need anything else (like soup crackers orchopsticks which are now hidden behind the counter like they're made of gold.) Even the employees that have have been there andwere always friendly seem just miserable now (can't imagine it'd be enjoyable to work for him.) 2. The new way of ordering makesno sense. You walk past the steam table then order at the register and get chewed out if you step back to look at your options,(Imagine a subway where you have to order at the register.) They no longer keep the food ready on the steam table (why it'sstill there I don't know) even at consistently busy times. It's made fresh but it takes much longer and I can't tell thedifference. 3. Portions have gotten a little smaller. 4. It may just be that the magic is gone but I don't think it tastes asgood as it used to. I'll never understand this; why do people spend good money to buy a long standing, incredibly successfulbusiness just to change everything abouti it, if it works just don't mess it up. The first time I met the new Read more
