I have placed several orders with this jj and lately the lettuce has been nasty why would they send a sandwich out like this?
I went to eat here today at the Broadway location in Mt. Pleasant, MI. My 9 year old niece ordered a the new Bleu Cheese... sandwich. She did not like the flavor. I asked to speak with a manager, one did not come over to speak with us. I told thecushier she did not like the sandwich. His reply was you ordered it. This plce along with the staff always goes above and beyond. The staff are always friendly. I highly recommend. Our family... visits this place quite often and we have always had wonderful service. Today, one of the staff brought me out a water while Iwas working outside on some work on this beautiful day. I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. Read more
Went in there to get some dinner for my family. Was going to get my kids the 16 inch plain slime for 7.49 each. The total came... to over $11....the person claimed that was taxes. I told her that is not correct. Was told well I can't change what's in thecomputer. Watch your total people. They need to learn some math in there. Read more
4 star for fabulous service over the phone and delicious food. -1 star for the driver who delivered like a speed demon. There... are so many kids in this neighborhood. With parents who do not watch them. I'd much rather wait 10 more minutes then to see youhit some kid playing in the road. Ohh and says I don't have any change. ???? Read more
Online ordering was easy. Got here fast. Door bell scared me, learned our house has one. Lol. Driver was very nice, great smile,... and seemed to enjoy his job. Need more young kids like him in this world. Good job young man. Receipt should have deliverydrivers name on them. So that you can get credit for there good work. Read more
