Our favorite of all local McD's. With a large family, comprising nine kids and 7 of them teenage boys, we have enormous orders.... We can't use the app because it'll only take 20 items, most units if you use the lobby you take a back seat because they'rejudged on their drive-thru numbers, if you use the drive-thru with a large order they either park you or they get mad becauseyou refuse to pull ahead knowing that they're going to bury your order, or you can try to call ahead but most stores won't takeorders that big because they think it's going to be a drive off. This store, however, is remarkable about allowing call aheadorders, being honest about any issues or hangups on orders or delays, and doesn't try the ridiculous. We're going to make youwait off to the side for hot fresh fries when you know it's something else holding it up because the fries are still sitting inthe window in the bag. Our orders are always accurate, timely, and hot. Our average order here is between $90 and $100 and theexceptional service that we receive makes it more than worth the money. The brand equity and brand loyalty they have earned isremarkable. Read more

Went here yesterday for breakfast and got a egg sausage cheese McMuffin it had am eggshell on it. My husband called and they... said we had to bring the food back but we were already on the road to work. Needless to say it went in the trash. So gross. Nothappy at all Read more

Arrived with ZERO people in line or waiting for food, ordered a plain cheeseburger, med fry, drink and cookies for my child. I... asked if cookies are already up and was told yes ( wanted to be in and out due to plans ). After paying and being told to pullahead I did. I spent around 5-10 minutes waiting to the point my kid asked ? I thought we got food ? and watched at least 3-5other people come and go. Turns out I was waiting for cookies that I was told were already made? I would of been fine withoutthem or being told ?we don?t have any would you like some fresh?? but instead I revive burnt unpleasant ?fresh? cookies thatdidn?t get finished unlike the usual soft cookies. Not quite sure what was happening there today 10/22, 3pm, 1 drive thru closed. Just wanted a coke. 30 minutes in the... drivethru..people were parked blocking traffic so you couldn't get thru to drive around. No "sorry about your wait"...nothing. Read more
