Went looking for a quick burger before lunch on Sunday. We passed through Mt. Pleasant and saw Rally's was open. Immediately,... the staff were extremely polite and hospitable. Then we got our food. Everything was hot and delicious and served with a smile.Great job! Read more
The only thing bad about this restaurant is it costs $2.99 for a medium Coke that's a .55 cent jump for a fountain drink... otherwise this is my favorite store to visit in Mt Pleasant Read more
Rally's food is great just wish the people were sweeter. Asked for a coke no ice and when I got to the window the girl made it... with ice so when I said something she got rude with me and told me to "speak up next time" So food gets the 4 stars but servicegets a 1 Read more

Food is good but service on the other hand? Terrible. Me and my boyfriend go out last night, yk to get some good food, we pull... up not even 2-3 minutes later of trying to pick out what we wanted to eat all we hear is ?are you gonna order?!? I am usually very happy with Rally's, but tonight I am very disappointed with our Rally's order. We ordered 10 pieces of garlic... parm boneless wings and 10 pieces of BBQ. One of the boxes with 5 garlic parm wings in it had 3 normal size wings and 1 that wasa tiny scrap of chicken & another tiny scrap that wasn't even chicken, it was breading. Both boxes of garlic parm wings hadbarely any sauce on them. We also ordered a fish sandwich that was overcooked all the way through, dry and all of the edges werehard and crunchy. I gave 2 stars because the BBQ wings, fries and chili dog were excellent. I included pictures to show thedifference between the 2 flavors of wings. Read more
Do not like the new computerized ordering at speaker, it did not understand my special requests making my order wrong and having... to go back in line. However they fixed it for me and I love their frys and their fry guarantee. Read more
