Like others on here, most inconsistent Starbucks ever. Line of cars in the drive-thru ? nobody working. If you can?t open when... you say you?re going to you shouldn?t own a business. So displeased! Read more

Absolutely love it. They have great customer service amazing frappes and are always willing to remake a mess up free of charge.... (Had a few that were the wrong drink but seemed to be around there rush hour). But overall one of my top places to go everyweek. Read more

Normally I have no problem with this Starbucks. However I went there this morning thinking it would be open like it said online.... I quickly found out that wasn?t the case. Didn?t have a sign or anything stating it was closed. Wasted my time and gas to go allthe way there, next time I?ll just call ahead because now I can?t trust the times that are posted online for it ???? Read more

By far the rudest and most inconsiderate location I have visited. Employees are rude and even when you are considerate and thank... them for services they still have nasty attitudes. A class on communication and customer service is definitely needed at thislocation. Read more

As other reviewers have said, I too have been to Starbucks all over the states and this is by far the worst, most inconsistent... Starbucks I've visited. The only consistent thing is that even when ordering a fairly simple drink ahead, they will still screwit up. Ordering in the drive thru? Expect a completely different drink. 4 of my last 5 coffees were not at all what I ordered(hot when I ordered iced, a splash of heavy cream ended up being so much that it was pooled in the bottom of the cup andundrinkable, etc.). The employees are pleasant, though definitely don't expect the same level of friendliness you'll find asstandard at every other Starbucks. I feel for service industry employees and I know it's not easy but this is bad, bad, bad. Ithas to be management, because it's too consistently bad to be a few employees who aren't able to perform well on the job. Ifyou can avoid this location, save yourself some money and frustration and do so. Read more

I gave 5 stars bc I normally never have an issue other than you never know if your open or not. But seriously not a good idea to... have the person who chooses to wear a mask take orders! You can't hear a thing he says. After I kept saying I don't know why Ican't understand what your saying but I can't hear you at all. But when I pulled up it completely made sense because he had amask on. If you choose to wear a mask that's fine but don't be taking orders if you can't talk loud enough! And you didn't evenget my order correct! Which I didn't realize until I was at window bc you couldn't hear you. So irritating! Read more
