Never fails to disappoint. Unfortunately I work at night and Taco Bell is the only place open at the time I eat. They always... forget sauce, the powerbowl is never correct, the tacos and burritos are always half stuffed. I?ve been ordering from here for ayear now and they have never once gotten my order correct. I?ve called the store on three occasions and the manager laughed atme and hung up once. Believe it or not. But this was a Cheesy roll up. Three of them looked like this and drove back. They gave us free ones and... one apologized because their steemer wasn't working but they still sent this out like no one would notice. Absolutelydisgraceful and disrespectful. I have been standing at the counter for over 10 minutes. Doing this review. Six other people are behind me waiting to order.... They people working are leaning against the counter and have not noticed they have a line to the door. I?m assuming nobody hasbeen assigned to work the counter. The place is a mess. It's Taco Bell, so no real comment on the food here (we all know what we are getting). I do want to give props to their... drive-through etiquette - always friendly, double check the order, and are as efficient as they can be in a college town. No onedoes that better in Mt. Pleasant. Read more
Even on my days off when I ha e the extra money, I bring my family here. My crew here is amazing and they treat my family like... it's their own. We love Taco Bell and you'd think because I work this store I'd be sick of it... Nope. Read more
When to the drive though, ended up with food we didn't order & also missing food. My daughter's boyfriend got a chicken taco &... said it didn't look right. I didn't think it would be a chicken tender either. The specialty drinks were melty. Read more
Gotta love when the food looks like the back line ate some of your food before sending it up the line. Prices are increasing and... portions are getting smaller. What a world to live in. EDITED 06/26/2022 I ordered today a $7.50 cravings box that should comewith a chalupa, beefy five layer, chicken taco, and chips and cheese. I received a beefy 5 layer, chips and cheese. Today I had a $68.00 order of food and asked nicely to please double check to make sure it was my full order and they said they... did and my receipt was in the bag. I get home and had only half of my order and no receipt. So now I can't even go back to getthe rest of my order because they didn't even give me my receipt to back up my claim . Thus taco bell does this ever time,always missing food, I usually check it before I leave but because I was in a hurry with my two hungry kids i didn't do it andnow paying for it.
