One of our best TB experiences to date. Barb was an amazing brand ambassador for the M20 store, helped us get the best value on... our order, up sold in a professional manner, and made sure our order was correct. Additionally, the order was hot, fresh, andready almost immediately after we paid. The only observation was that really obvious portioning differences between two ordersof guacamole sides but would still order again. Read more

The speakers they use in the drive through definitely need to be upgraded. They can?t hear anything you say. It?s also near... impossible to understand what they are saying. The service is good. Just wish they would spend a couple bucks on a decentspeaker. Read more

They have been super rude through the drive-thru the food is really skimpy ordered almost $6 crunchwraps and when we open them... up there was really nothing in them but lettuce and sour cream. The girl on the intercom each time rushes you and makes you feellike you shouldn't come and order food. That is not the first time. Like I don't like to go to work either but I still put on asmile and do my job and get paid. I do not recommend this Taco Bell. Read more

I?m not even going to waste my time explaining this one. Absolutely no accountability and definitely no skilled managers or... employees at this establishment. Can?t imagine why it?s always dead with no customers. ???? Read more

My most recent visit started out great. Very friendly service, and seemingly amazing speed of service. But after walking out... and hopping in the car, a typical fast-food cliché was revealed: Missing Items (still charged for it). Due to timeconstraints, we had to take the loss. Not very impressed with my first visit to this taco bell. I usually go to the one on mission. When I walked in there were 2... ladies ordering from the kiosk, I waited for a couple minutes but no one came to the counter and I decided to use thekiosk. Wrong choice. Much to confusing and instead of just adding each item to my cart it took me to another screen to add extrasauce or meat, swap sauces(of which there are too many????) and so on and so forth. It took me 3x as long to order on thatbecause of all the options that I didn't care about. Like I said though no one greeted me upon arrival so I thought theypreferred I use the kiosk. Finally, AFTER I ordered and was standing waiting for my food, a lady asked if I had been helped.??????? She then proceeded to take the next 3 orders that walked in. Must have been on break. Then the food: the fries weresoggy and lukewarm and the cups didn't look full. The chip bags were mostly full but lots of broken, small pieces like it wasthe bottom of the bag. The new recycleable sauce cups are great but made the sauce taste funny. Not sure if they leave it inthere all day???? and one of them was mostly empty. Will not be frequenting this particular location. Staff is ok, didn'tinteract much, but they did get the ladies order before me wrong. Can tell it's not managed very well. Read more

Very slow service AND they messed up our order we got 4 SUPREME chicken tacos (SUPREME = Sour cream and Tomato) be sure to sit... at the window and check your bag and the ingredients on your food before you leave OR THEY COULD JUST DO THEIR SIMPLE JOB OFREADING THE ORDER AND DOING IT RIGHT PS. my frustration comes from this place consistently being slow and incompetent If theywant $15 THEY BETTER LEARN HOW TO READ!!!
