Always a great place for food and smoothies. I've never had something I didn't like.

When I get a smoothie I expect it to be smooth, creamy and full of flavor. Unfortunately this was very icey and not very... flavorful. My husband had a strawberry, banana mixture and I had a healthy detox blend. Read more
Tried to call in an order since I was driving down the road, was told they couldn?t take an order over the phone. Went in and... placed my order, put my credit card in and couldn?t get passed the ?tip? portion without leaving a tip. I think it is absurd tothink you deserve a tip for simply standing at a cash register, taking an order. Read more
I just ordered the caprese grilled cheese from my local Tropical Smoothie. Ordered it with the tomato and sauces in between the... cheese. Watched her make it, complete opposite of what I requested and there was enough sauces put on to make 4 sandwiches. Ilet it go and decided to just give it a try, I couldn't get past the weight, the sight, the overwhelming smell. Plus the breadwas so soggy it fell apart. A waste of a lot of money.. Usually has really good food and smoothies, although wait time is a little long for a single item. Really disappointed in the... service at my last visit. The usual item that I order (mocha madness, a chocolate flavored smoothie with a hint of coffee) wasextremely bitter and had a lot of black stuff at the bottom (not sure how it's made, but it tasted like drinking the grounds outof an espresso maker). Had to dump it out before it was even half gone because it wasn't able to be saved (tried adding milk totone down the flavor, and even some sugar). The guy at the counter really didn't seem like he wanted to be there and ended upmissing a part of my order. I spent an extra half hour waiting for an item that apparently wasn't typed in (I didn't knowbecause I wasn't given the receipt to check). They always have good smoothies!! The best actually! foods, expensive and portions are small but good. Never to long of a wait... and they have nice staff working there. Read more
