Stopped inside here for lunch on the way back from Buffalo trail. Everything was fresh and clean. The food was hot and... delicious. Our order was not 100% correct, but they did fix the error very quickly and were sincere in their apology. I woulddefinitely come here over McDonald's or Wendy's. Read more
Food is mediocre ?but the drive thru is always a nightmare. I have lived in Mount Pleasant my whole life and never really had a... good experience here. I have finally decided to speak up. After waiting forever for the mic response, we order. Then we wait,and wait some more. I had a Powerade with my combo. When we get to the window they give us our food, with no drinks. We tellthem we need our drinks. They proceed to tell us they don?t have Powerade so we asked to exchange for a water. The manager, Iassume, says that they will have to ring it up. Seems like something could?ve just been exchanged for the inconvenience. Alwaysa horrible experience. It?s sad, the staff is nice. Store is old an dirty, food is never fresh. For being so busy it?s completely odd.
Pretty good food. It was out there, but if you?re passing through it?s worth it.
Place was dirty; my husband had to use restroom and said it was filthy and he never says that! Had to wait to order even though... we were the only ones in there! Servers were indifferent. Brought dine-in food to our table in to-go bags. My burger had a driedout bun, the meat patty was grey and pathetic, the French fries lukewarm and limp! Looked at tasted like we got food that wassitting under warmer for 3+ hours!??Worst Hardee?s I?ve ever eaten at and will never go back to again! Very disappointed! Read more
I pulled into the drive-thru at 8:50 PM. The person told me that they were closed so I asked them doesn't your hours of service... say you're open till 9? At which point the person yelled at me and told me that they were short-staffed and trying to clean andthat they had orders up front they had to take care of. Older sounding lady. Read more
I hate to give them a bad review, because I really want Hardee's to make it long term! They make GREAT food @ most locations. ... In my opinion, Hardee's has always had the best biscuits and gravy in the South. The food at this location was really good oncethey stopped screwing up the order. I was there waiting for 20 something minutes and I was already running late when i arrived,but me and my associate were DESPERATE to eat before having to DJ and film a wedding... Read more
