I watched a ?customer? have an absolute meltdown because she couldn?t double dip on a discount. The female employee on the... receiving end of this was doing everything in her power to fix the situation. She was kind, kept her composure and offered adifferent discount to try and make the very unpleasant person in front of her happy. Thankfully, the loud and disrespectfulwoman finally finished berating the poor employee and left (but not before threatening to post a negative review of her). I wasnext in line and the employee felt so bad about the situation. Half the store overheard the tantrum so she asked me if I thoughtthere was anything else she could have done to satisfy the woman. I told her she was exceptionally patient and I commended her.My only feedback was that I wouldn?t have kept talking, I would have gotten her out of the store sooner. I truly admire thatwoman for maintaining her customer focus and pleasant attitude after being subjected to something so vile. I just hope thisreview cancels out the negative one that is sure to be coming soon. Read more

This was a much smaller Barnes & Noble than the ones that I usually visit. Was traveling so stopped in here. Decent selection of... books and has a very large games section and in okay size children section. Had cute stuffed animals and games for both kids andadults. They had a pretty large selection of magazines which was right next to an in-store coffee shop. The coffee shop hadtables to sit down and enjoy. My biggest complaint with Barnes & Noble is that their prices are astronomical compared to Amazon. Read more

Couldn't give it 5 stars because the weather did not permit a full tour. Alan, our tour guide, is a font of knowledge and... wonderfully personable. The first plantation I have visited that gives the narrative from the point of view of theslaves...gut-wrenching history but an incredible testament to the spirit and determination of a people to survive despite allodds. Amazing Barnes & Noble location with plenty of selection for ????books, toys, games, magazines, music, and more. As with many of... these stores they also have a cafe with Starbucks ? coffee, snacks and treats. They do have a ? handicap accessible restroom,parking, and entrances. Love their rewards program to save you up to 20 or 30% on your products. Read more

This place is really going downhill in the selection of books this place normally contains. I came looking for a technical... manual for Adobe After Effects. What I found was a very small section of Photoshop books and "how to" Photography books, andthat was it! Normally B&N has a huge selection of technical books, not here! Other than that, it's still a great place tovisit and read, and also get some decent coffee at. What I really dislike about shopping at B&N brick and mortar stores is the101 membership, credit card, and warrantee offers you get hassled for when you just want to check out and get out of there. Ihate that. No! I don't want to join anything or be pressured into buying some "book club" membership that I don't need! Read more
