My wife and my first visit to this restaurant. Everyone raves about the chain so we thought we?d try it. Upon entering we... noticed the floor was littered with food and paper. The trash cans were overflowing. Saw what what we assumed to be a managerand a bunch of teenagers just walking around. After ordering they didn?t bring order together. Received a portion of the foodthen later another portion. . Food ok but eating in such a mess with uneaten food and bags on table. Quite an experience thatwill not happen again. Read more
By far consistently the worst Chick-Fil-A I?ve come too. Customer service is at an all time low at this location. I ordered a... bacon egg white and cheese biscuit, I received it cold with the egg whites over cooked and of rubber consistency. I advised thecashier that it was cold she went and grabbed some chicken minis for me and Sarah Woolfe (sp) the director told her that mybiscuit was not cold. The store was so busy with a full parking lot & 2 full lanes of drive through vehicles. We were in a drive through line & spent... less than 10 minutes from getting in line to driving away with our order. Also, unlike some fast food establishments, our orderwas correct! I try to visit this store everytime I'm in Mt. P., and the way they manage the volume of traffic through their drive-thru is... impressive. I order extra pickles on my sandwich however lately I'm lucky to get 3 pickles. Someone needs to address this issue.Thanks. Read more
