I wish I could credit labor issues with the decline in quality but this is not the case. I see a kitchen full of young talent... with no guidance. The downturn in quality product is on the hands of the franchise owner and the management. There is no reasonthat 8 employees behind the counter can't make Chipolte rock and roll. The restaurant is dirty and the selections of toppingsare empty 3 hours before closing. The white rice, mild salsa and the corn were all empty. I truly appreciate all the young folksworking but they need guidance and teaching. I want to urge the leadership to step up and do as they should. Read more

Ordered two burrito bowls, chips and drinks online online for pick up at 9pm. Restaurant filthy, chips were missing and I had... to ask which they said they were out and gave me a phone number to call as they could not refund at the store. Had to ask forthe drinks. When I got home the bowls were soggy and watery, the white rice was hard/undercooked, black beans instead of pintosand no lettuce. Normally ordering online if an item is out you cannot select it but this was not the case and instead of waitingfor the customer to arrive and informed them they just give you whatever they want without telling you so that you have a nicesurprise when you open your food. I paid $43.58 for the worst food anyone could have just to be thrown out and having to orderfood from elsewhere. Will never visit this store again. Read more

This place is garbage. Not chipotle as a franchise, just this location. We walked in at 9:15 and they said ?we?re only taking... online orders? with a major attitude. We were the only ones in there and instead of making 2 bowls (which takes less than 5minutes) they made us go online, order, and then wait 20 minutes inside the restaurant. While we were waiting, the employees dideverything but make our order. I love chipotle, but I will travel out of my way next time just to avoid this location. Whoeveris the manager/owner should be ashamed of themselves for letting a place get this out of hand. Read more

DO NOT COME HERE. The employees are incompetent and disrespectful. I had one simple food request. The employee told me he was... feeling sick and didn?t care to help at all. He refused to do his job. Instead, the employee threatened physical violence in theparking lot, after I already left. I called the police because I didn?t feel safe. The general manager fully supported me when Icalled to report them. I knew I was 100% right and pushed back. If you have a similar experience, do not hesitate to callcorporate and complain. Visited here around 2pm on a Sunday. There was one other customer in the store and maybe 8 employees milling around. There... literally was not a clean table in the restaurant. The floors were gross, even behind the counter and every trash can wasoverflowing. The rice was SO wrong. It was clumped together and there was no cilantro or lime to be found. We could not evenfinish our meals. Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Whoever manages this restaurant should look into another field. Read more

The second to last time I ordered from this Chipotle my partner and I both ordered delivery separately. My order was left at the... store while theirs was delivered despite my order having been made first. I wound up having to wait another hour for a driver tobecome available. We assumed fault on our end and to avoid this, my partner and I made a group order on the app so the wholething was on one order. However, despite this my order was once again simply not delivered with the rest of the order. Weattempted to call but their phones were down. Customer service was of little help and we were given a voucher for a free entreethat we couldn?t even have delivered without a minimum delivery payment and accompanying fees. The items added to meet thedelivery minimum also did not arrive. We?re big Chipotle fans, and we always tip as much as generically allowed but this wasjust very disappointing. : ( I?d add a photo if there was anything to take a photo of. Read more

This place was trashed, kids running the kitchen didn't seem to care about any customers being there, with their language and... trash talk to each other. All of the young men had hair dangling over the food that they were serving. This was my first timeever eating from a Chipotle, and I hope the others aren't this bad! ???? Read more
