I paid $19 and didn?t get half my food. The line was extremely long so I didn?t want to hold the line up to check the food... assuming the person at the window was doing their job. How hard is it to put the right food into a bag. Also, fries were goodburger was dry and old.other food no idea since we didn?t get it!!!!! PLEASE READ!!!!!!! ***I?d like to comment that I calledto complain about my issue since I had upset kids about our order. I had a call back first thing this morning to speak with meabout my issue. Thank you for getting my entire order wrong. Maybe if you would LISTEN instead of talking over people, you might get one or two... orders correctly. Also, the use of the ?F? word there times in one sentence was very classy. There are some well run Cookoutsout there, this is definitely not one of them. The food is sloppy, and the staff acts like they just got out of a correctionalinstitution. Read more

Terrible. This was the worst cook out I've ever been to. After waiting for 20 minutes for food, I approached the counter. They... informed me that they put the food out already, and I must've missed it. However I was right there and checked every order thatcame up, which was three orders. None were mine. Bree, the m.o.d informed me how wrong I was, insinuating that it was my faultor I was lying. She got real upset when I called b.s. on her words.. She didn't offer to make it right, so I demanded arefund. My real frustration was making my daughter wait to eat.. she's 5. Im not going to keep my daughter waiting toeat..IThis place was clearly dirty, and I'm assuming understaffed. As Bree is in over her head.
