I paid $19 and didn?t get half my food. The line was extremely long so I didn?t want to hold the line up to check the food... assuming the person at the window was doing their job. How hard is it to put the right food into a bag. Also, fries were goodburger was dry and old.other food no idea since we didn?t get it!!!!! PLEASE READ!!!!!!! ***I?d like to comment that I calledto complain about my issue since I had upset kids about our order. I had a call back first thing this morning to speak with meabout my issue. Thank you for getting my entire order wrong. Maybe if you would LISTEN instead of talking over people, you might get one or two... orders correctly. Also, the use of the ?F? word there times in one sentence was very classy. There are some well run Cookoutsout there, this is definitely not one of them. Terrible. This was the worst cook out I've ever been to. After waiting for 20 minutes for food, I approached the counter. They... informed me that they put the food out already, and I must've missed it. However I was right there and checked every order thatcame up, which was three orders. None were mine. Bree, the m.o.d informed me how wrong I was, insinuating that it was my faultor I was lying. She got real upset when I called b.s. on her words.. She didn't offer to make it right, so I demanded arefund. My real frustration was making my daughter wait to eat.. she's 5. Im not going to keep my daughter waiting toeat..IThis place was clearly dirty, and I'm assuming understaffed. As Bree is in over her head. Understated but good, the price was right, the sweet tea was EXTREMELY sweet, my family of 5 enjoyed it as well.
We spent several hours at the beach and by the time we got back to the hotel and cleaned up, most the restaurants were close to... closing. A quick Google search brought up Cook Out! We have been hoping to try it but it seemed overwhelming, especially withkids. However, the experience was great! Their dining room was open until 930pm, but since it was close to that, we got oursTogo. The gal that took our order was very kind and helpful. The prices were great!! We waited a smidgen for our order, but thatmakes sense because their drive thru was packed and continued the entire time we were there. Each of our family of four gotsomething different and we each enjoyed our meals. If I understood it correctly you pick a main item and then you get two sidesand a drink. I got grilled chicken, onion rings, and cheese bites. Everything was delicious. If you plan on ordering a lot togo, you may want to bring your own bag and something to carry drinks because it didn't seem like they offer anything to help. Read more
The only reasons I am giving a 1 star is because I can't give them a negative rating. This was my first time trying this... restaurant being from 900 miles away, It was the worst experience with any restaurant. The girl that took order extremely nastyover talked every chance she got and never gave me the help I needed to order properly since I was ordering for 5 people anddidn't want to order too much food. I recommend jumping off a bridge in alligator infested water before going to this place. Ohand my food was made were wrong and threw in a box. I definitely hope this place closes down. Read more
Not good at all. The food is about a 6 the service is a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. I love cook out but my last 3 trips there... weren't the best. The chicken nuggets are trash. I hope they get some real chicken nuggets. I see why there's no cars in line atlunchtime. Read more
